Extender

Has anyone came up with an Idea on how to make a device that has the same effect as a extender?

I’m a newbie, so I won’t give you the speech that Thunder will give you.

Really I was thinking about getting one

I made half of my extender.

What I did was buy spare parts from a company, the parts that I bought were the base and the top part. The rest was found around the house or at home depot. I used ink pen bodies as the bars, glued screws to them so the could adjust up and down on this long screw which I bought at home depot. The price ended up being $50 rather than $500.

You can get a combination vacuum extender and hanger package from MB (search for them) for a very reasonable price all considered, and then try or combine both methods. I would say the vacuum head system is far superior to all other extender and hanger systems out there, and MB’s is priced much better.

I have seen some discussion about using a sleeve worn all day, which I’m experimenting with right now, but I don’t think anything is going to be as effective as an extender - or hanger or weights - at applying significant force, and pulling all the way from the base of the penis (which a sleeve won’t) so as to stretch the entire penis as well as the attaching ligaments.
