Extender or PE Weights Alone/Length Gains
There appears to be various opinions on gaining with only using one of these two methods. Here is my question:
Has anyone gained length by only using an Extender or by using only PE Weights? The key thing I am inquiring about is can you gain length without traditional hanging?
I know guys may combine jelqing and Extender or PE Weights and Jelqing, but I am inquiring if guys have gained length without hanging, and if so, how much?
