Extender gains poll

İ didnt add little than 1000 hours because İ dont think it is enought time for see result.

Just to clarify, my gains were flaccid; no erect gains at all.

Well..in theory, if you put

1000 hours and more than 1”

Then that person could have stopped prior to 1000 hours, still gaining a significant amount. Extender gains are often more steady than burst or random.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

My gains are more noticeable in flaccid state as opposed to erect state.


PE for length: so her heart stops when she sees it. PE for girth: to get her heart started again!

My gain was flaccid, no erect gains. The flaccid gain was not cemented. Took time off (approximately 10 months) due to discouragement. I’m currently back on my routine.

My only real length gains came in my first six weeks of P.E. . And all I was doing was stretching five ways, thirty seconds each. and jelqing, and then wearing my extender for four or five hours afterwards. And I gained about a quarter of an inch a week, for two consecutive weeks. And then my gains slowed down, but to where I was getting a quarter inch every two weeks. So I gained an inch to an inch and a quarter in no more than six weeks. This with only twenty to twenty-five hours a week in the extender. So I saw an inch, maybe more in length, with a hundred and twenty, definitely no more than a hundred and fifty hours of extending. You can call it newbie gains, and that’s obviously correct. I don’t think you can call it improved E.Q., as I had rock hard boners even before I started P.E.

Also of note, well possibly, My extender arm length was quite short. Starting at around an inch less than my B.P.E.L.. Also, I forgot to add a quarter inch piece to the arm after my first week, so I gained a quarter inch erect length at an inch less than my B.P.E.L., and a second quarter inch, when the arm would have been an inch and a quarter less than my B.P.E.L.. That was crazy. If I hadn’t seen it myself, I’d have never believed it.

I feel sorry for the dozen or so who did 1000+ hours and got almost nothing (<0.5 inch). That’s some bad luck because we know these things will stretch out the suspensory ligament for at least a half inch and really only needs a few hundred hours to do it. I wonder why these guys got such weak results, some anatomical difference no doubt.

Currently May 2021 7 3/4" BPEL

stopped counting after 1,700 extending hours

Guys, imho, time amount per se doesn’t tell much; key factors with extenders are the duration of single sessions and continuity over time. If so, the poll is actually quite unreliable.

I’m off the chart successful, but began as a failure. I owe my success for using a lanyard for attachment and can comfortably push full spring pressure.

From what I read from others, most do not wear it near as tight as I do, but instead try to replace tension with time.

I also do dynamic stretch in addition to static stretch with the extender, which might also be helping. When I hook, I do lists from the base of the extender between low spring pressure and full pressure, before cranking to full spring pressure.

I averaged about 3.5 hours a day. Five days a week and gained about an inch in EL over about five years. I am still extending, but only gaining very minor amounts.

So far, over 400 hours and pretty much zero gains. Perhaps 0.1 but cant be sure. Very disappointed as i use it religiously for between 4-7 hours per day.

I did have a 2 week break on holiday after 300 hours so not sure whether to scrap that period?

Its like bodybuilding some are gonna naturally do better or worse

Started on the fifth of august. Proextender. 8 hours a day no rest days. So far grown 1,9cm (2,54cm makes an inch). It’s been somewhere around 600 hundred hours. No excercises other than a few jelqs to regain blood flow when numb between extender sets (1 to 1:30 hour sets).

Have done extending 5 years ago and went from 15,5 to 18,4cm in 6 months of use (about 7 to 10 hours a day) with the same device. So I’m stunned with the actual fast results.

Currently using Phallosan Forte ADS. About 8 hours a day for now. Will increase to 12 when I feel conditioned enough.

My current length is right around 7.5 and I am hoping to get to 9 within the year.

I have high hopes but the stretch I am feeling with this extender is unlike any stretch I have felt yet, and it is unbelievably comfortable.

I will update with results as soon as I hit 1000 hours!
