Extender exacerbating varicocele?

Has anyone experienced testicle pain as a result of extender usage? I’ve searched but to no avail.
It’s mostly on my right testi (of the two, this one hangs higher)

I’m not sure, but I think it might have also caused my varicocele to worsen, from the base digging into my scrotum, but I can’t say for sure.

I only wear the extender when my balls are “loose” so as to minimise any contact between them and the base ring.

It’s annoying, as this is limiting my extender usage.

Any help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I have used a mechanical stretcher that I made myself, and I always put the back part behind my balls as I didn’t want them to be pressed at all by the device.

I don’t know whether you can do that with yours though, but it might help.

I according varicocele must care , it’s very easy surgery operation , don’t let too much time or will be deleterious for your health-balls :) .

Sometime the extender basic could press some spermatic vein and the consequent ball pain .

a-unit- I’ve wanted to try this, but my base isn’t big enough to fit both my balls, and penis through. I was thinking about making my own, as I don’t want to buy a whole new extender (also the “girth” bases I’ve seen don’t look that much bigger…). I need to speed up my search, and get a bit creative.

I don’t understand… why you need a big extender base ? Maybe it’s contrary , you need base with less measure .
Ofcourse not put both , balls and penis in the extender base hole right ?

Like a-unit said. Maybe not all the time, but the option to put my penis and balls through the base would alleviate any pressure on my balls.

Smaller’s not an option I’d actually thought about, but it might actually work.

Either way, I think I’m going to have to do some diy…

Put both balls and penis in the extender base in the down direction could give pain because press the balls .
I repeat , i seem that the better option is the checking from the doctor urologist , checking both varicocele (and make the following surgery operation, maybe after it can use extender) and all the rest , might have unusual vein structure that not allow use of the extender …..

And the last suggest , for to make PE , your reproductive system must have good health , without is inadvisable .
