I have been reading a lot about extending and stretching and I currently use the Phallosan Forte.

It has been noted by a fair deal of people that the penis becomes more elastic post-orgasm and that the penis responds more effectively to stretch exercises. Some on the other hand say their penis becomes firmer as it is more engorged with blood and they leave it alone due to discomfort when trying to tug it.

Here is my question: If it is true that the penis is more elastic after ejac, would this make extending afterwards easier or more efficient?
Has anybody been practising this with success?

I think it would be a good technique to try if you have trouble staying flaccid while setting up the hanger. But, if you can stay flaccid, I don’t see why a regular flaccid hang would be biologically different from a flaccid penis after ejaculation.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I did consider this, however there seem to be some structural changes after ejac such as relaxation of the smooth muscle within the penis. This is one of the things this thread is based off of, and the potential effects of this :)

When I started messing with PE, I had never heard anyone say anything about orgasm being detrimental to growth. So I ejaculated whenever I felt like it. My workouts were made of warm ups, stretches and jelqs, then I would wear an extender for about four hours. I grew an inch and a quarter in length in just six or seven weeks. So if masturbation hinders gains, I’m glad my penis didn’t seem aware of it.

Amazing growth in such a short space of time. I recall reading you say this before, I’m always impressed by it. Out of curiosity, what was your extender? And did you ejac before many of your workouts or was it generally afterwards?

I guess I was just an easy gainer. My extender was one of the expensive ones, an Andropenis I think. But those all work the same. Here’s another thing, I never worried about “spring tension” amounts. I would do my workout, edge for 20 minutes, often times finishing myself off afterwards. Then, I would put the extender on, at about an inch and a quarter less than my BPEL. I just grew like crazy like that. With the penis longer than it would have been in a flaccid state, but nowhere near being stretched out. I didn’t expect to see anything from this, but I figured I was just learning to put the extender on and what it felt like to wear one for that first week. Lo and behold, a quarter inch that week. Then a quarter inch the next week. And I had forgotten to add any extra little lengthening pieces to the extender arms. Didn’t add one until after my third week. My experience would say masturbation and low tension are the keys to massive length gains.
