Do You Have To Extend Past Bpel

Has anybody here seen gains extending below their bpel?

I’ve gained 0.55 inches extending below my BPEL. I have found that stretching slightly above my NBPEL yields the best gains.

However, many people gain stretching past their BPEL. I think the total time under tension is much more important.

How long did it take you to see initial gains?

My issue has been that I’m just not able to reach past my nbel without hurting myself. Don’t even wanna try it. When I pull I’m always atleast 2cms below my actual erect length. Basically the question I’m asking is will I be able to gain even though I’m stretching below erect length?

I have a hard time stretching past my BPEL which is why I don’t. Before I wasn’t even able to stretch past my NBPEL which seems to be unusual but you seem to be the same way. Just make sure that you stretch around the maximum tension levels you can achieve without slippage.

As far as gains go, I didn’t measure for the first 3 and a half months and when I finally did, I noticed a gain of 0.25 inches. I achieved this extending for a little bit less than 3 hours a day. Now, I measure monthly but I often get discouraged even if I see a 0.1 inch increase. I recommend measuring every 3 months so that way when you do measure and see an increase of 0.2 inches or more, you will know for certain that PE works. Just my opinion many would say you should measure every month.

How much are you warming up? I like to do a little bit of manual stretching, then tuck my penis back between my thigh and my balls. Gets my penis very warm. Then i stretch a bit more and tuck it again. I basically alterate manual stretching and warming it up until my dick becomes a gummy worm lol. I can now stretch beyond my bpel and i couldnt before. Give it a try

Starting stats BPEL: 5 in. MSEG: 4 1/4 in

Current stats BPEL 5.4 in. MSEG 4 1/4 in.

Goal BPEL: 6 in. MSEG: 5 in.

Thanks man. My current stretch is pretty comfortable, but I’m not sure if it’s enough. I’m realizing this is gonna take some trial and error. I’ma measure up in about 4-6weeks and if I haven’t gained anything at all I think it’s safe to say I need to add another .5cm bar. There’s a chance that I may gain though being that my current stretch is pretty close to what I feel is my maximum.

All my length gains came extending under my BPEL. It was ages ago, but I gained an inch and a quarter in length in just six to eight weeks. I was wearing my extender initially with the arms an inch and a half shorter than my BPEL, and I grew a quarter inch per week, for two weeks in a row. That was my first foray into PE, which I had zero expectations for, thinking it was all likely a scam. I’ve never been so glad to have been so wrong about something. Low intensity stretching makes me grow like crazy.

Which device did you use there ray?

I have no clue as to whether or not I am above BPEL. I just keep my tension at 900 grs.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

It was the expensive one, “Andropenis”. But all those things are really identical and work on the same principal. Especially when you extend at low to no tension. Just jelq and keep it slightly outstretched for a few hours afterward. I see pics of guys using their extenders with their penises stretched to a point that looks absolutely painful to me. I can’t imagine wearing it like that for an half hour, to say nothing of four or five hours. Possibly more. Yeowtch!

Hi.

How many hours a day did you extend?

Just to bump this, because I’m curious myself on the low/no tension stretching. I often don’t have any tension showing on the bars on my x4, but I do feel a light pull when I add tension (usually last a few minutes). I find this comfortable, and can wear for almost 3 hours with a great swell, and no discoloration. Once I get to higher tensions, I lose my headswell and get a purple glans.

Longer For Longer

Relevant History
I previously did 6 months, 6 days a week around 3-4 hours. I gained. I took 3 months off due to living in a share house. I kept my gains and EQ. EQ being my main focus as I had ED from the age of 14, for a total of 15 years. PE gives me what I need to get it up and keep it up. Before starting I could only ever get a maximum 75% EQ, and if there wasn’t constant physical stimulation, I’d be done. I really want to share this information.

That being said, upon returning I took 35mm of extension rods out. Did 2 weeks at 1-2 hours, 6 days a week. I just did 6 hour sessions for the last two days after a days break and upon finishing I noticed the vast difference. EQ was a little tired but it was a different feeling entirely, felt a good stretch and was longer and thicker for the rest of the day. Minimum flaccid hang is my only real length goal. Now, this is all extending 40mm under BPEL.

It is common to make good gains in the beginning, and that it takes longer hours to gains as much as one did.
That said - you say you only see 0.1 inch gain per month - think about it, that gives you 1,2 inch per year, if you gain within the same rate. That is very, very good gains and certainly nothing to complain about. You should be very happy, I wish I still could keep that tempo.
