Considering the purchase of an extender

I started PE seriously a month ago and plan to continue manual stretching and jelqing for another full month. After that i want to get an extender as i am too lazy to jelq 20min at a time and I have problems getting a good grip for stretching.

My question is whether it’s worth it or not to pay about 130$ for such a device and if after 2 months PE-ing do I need to start slow with the extender (less time and force).

I got some pretty fast results that stretched my ligs to improve the look of my flacid hang and may have started to increase overall length as well, by warming with a heat pack and then using a extender-type stretching device for about an hour (broken into 20 minute segments, if necessary, allow restoration of blood flow if constricted by the device). After that, I decided to use other techniques to pursue length; and to go for the comfort, better long-wear capabilities and safety of a vacuum head for stretching setups. I’d recommend a “extender” device with a vacuum head such as sold on the website of one of the commercial members here (see “VacExtender Info and future review” thread, and search for similar threads); that vacuum head also works with a leg-strap stretcher setup, giving you an ADS option as well.

As you can see I don’t live in the US so buying stuff from the forum is not that easy for me.
The extender I’m considering is supposed to be worn several hours a day (3-12, not just one at a time).

Also I’m uncut, how would a vacuum head work for me (wouldn’t it stretch the skin?). I already have trouble manual stretching because i mostly stretch the skin (if i grip tighter there is too much pressure on my glans).

Another reason for considering an extender is because my penis is slightly bent at the base and also slightly twisted clockwise (from my point of view - counter clockwise as viewed from the front). I hope the constant pulling on it will cause it to straighten out.

It seems that you may not have received as many responses to your thread as you would like. I have no experience with extenders, so I can’t answer your questions. I can tell you that I’m also considering purchasing an extender. It seems that many people have good things to say about the vacextender setup. I’ll have to do more research before I make any decisions.

I am also from Europe and I am uncut too. I have bought PeniMaster a year ago and still use it(with few breaks). It can be worn by uncut guys too-you just need to wrap your dick with something just behind the glans. I got used to it and it does not hurt me anymore. I can wear PeniMaster for 1-2 hours(with no break) with almost maximum force.

Just today I have noticed that they have ‘new’ version of PeniMaster which prevents the holding band from loosening:

That is way to expensive…with that amount of money one could buy a pump ( something which I did ) with overall better probablity for success however I do understand your wishes.

I live in eastern europe and I have payed for first version of PeniMaster around $150-$200 more than year ago. I can see that first version of PM is available in US for $149:

And there so no big difference between first and second version of PM(except of that belt). Of course 250 euros is not a disaster for me but why should I pay more than I have to? I believe price should go below 200 euros.

Ok a question for disi or any other penimaster user: what is the difference between the one sold on the German site and the one on pmdevice. com, is there a real difference and is the German (newer) one worth the extra money?

If you are uncut the vac extender made by monkeybar should be good. I have no personal experience with it but monkeybar stated that for uncut people that the vacuum kind of extender would be better.

Oh I know all about Monkeybar’s stuff it’s great, but putting your glans in a vacuum for many hours is a bad idea, IMO. Then a lot of guys do and find it to be comfortable, it’s just not someting I want to do. Thanks anyway.

Of all the ways I have tried to pull on my dick, the vacuum seems to be by far the least traumatic. I hung for almost an hour the other day and had no discomfort. I just ran out of time. After removing the vac cylinder, my dick looks and feels perfectly normal. Other hanging methods have left my dick cold and dark.

This definitely seems to be true for hanging, but not so in my opinion for extenders.

Currently, it seems to be popularly accepted that the most comfortable?/best methods of attachment for a hanger are, in the following order:

1. Vacuum
2. Clamp
3. Noose

Now, as counterintuitive as it seems, I think for extender attachments the exact opposite applies:

1. Noose
2. Clamp
3. Vacuum

The (vastly) greater times you spend in an extender makes the requirements different. One of my primary worries about a vac-extender is the unavoidable effect it will have, long term, on the size and shape of the glans. For some people, this is a positive side-effect (the holy grail of glans enlargement?). Not for me; I like my glans as it is. Also, long durations of stress on the distal ligamnet unnerve me somewhat, another ‘X’ against long times spent in a vacuum.

(It’s worth pointing out when I say noose I don’t mean a strangulation Jes type attachment or some of the horrific looking home made hangers you see, but a broader belt-like thing).

I’m not sure how to classify the AutoADS, but I find it the most comfortable for long-term usage, with no side-effects. The Vac. Hanger is also very comfortable, but I get blisters after more than about two hours. However, it can take more weight, and apply it more effectively, than the other methods. I’ve tried a few noose-type devices, and detest them all. So, I hang with a vac. and alternate with vac. and ‘clamp’ (?) for ADS.
