Can You Gain Extending At 3hrs A Day

I decided to increase tension and shave off an hr. 4hrs was too much for me anyway as I haven’t even been doing this for a month yet. I plan to increase time as soon as I grow enough for this stretch to be bearable. So my question is, can I gain with 3hrs a day given I have proper traction?

I have gained on 4h/day so yes you can also gain.

however i recommend 6/day+ for maximum gains


Then- 5.7 x 4.7 (bpel x mseg)

Now- 7.1 x 5.1 (beg 5.5) // Goal-> 8 x 5.5+

Have you combine with jelq or other exercice?

I plan on building up to 6hrs a day in a couple months time. I’ve only been extending for two weeks tho and I’m kinda alread looking for gains. None yet. Is it too early? I thought I’d atleast see alittle something.

You may as well put the ruler away for at least 90 days. Gains from extending are VERY slow for most guys and frequent measuring will bum you out. Break it or lose it but don’t keep humping the ruler or you’ll lose your motivation.

If you could see ‘a little something’ in two weeks, every guy on Earth would have 7” minimum.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I clocked .7 inch gain from extending, twice. Both times around 9 months on, 3 months off, 5 days a week for between 3 and 4 hours a day.

Should my ultimate goal be to extend past my bpel? Like is that the only way to gain erect length. I’m confused as I’m continuously seeing mixed shit all over the place. Some say you dnt have to extend past your bpel, just past your stretched flaccid. The brochure said to extend 1.5cm past your erect length. Should that be my goal? Like should we extend past our bpel or our bpsfl? Sorry for asking so many questions. Just tryna make sure I dnt fuck my dick up with this shit.

As far as is comfortable. Period. Overdoing it is how you get hurt, if injury is your prime concern. That pamphlet won’t get you a new dick if you break your dick following what’s written on it.

Lol. Thanks man. I’ll stop asking the same questions. I feel I’ve researched enough to get a solid safe routine down. I guess I’ll just add more tension when this is no longer a stretch.

At first it was hard to get my flaccid to stretch beyond my erected, but now I stretch 0,6 inch longer than erected.

You read the tension on the rods, and it gives you a clear answer that something is happening. Both the ligaments and the fibers in the penis stretches, and the base ring digs deeper into the fat pad (if you have one ), towards the pubic bone.

When the tension decrease, you adjust it again, and if your penis has gotten longer, you add parts to the rods. It may be funny to put many pieces of rods into the stretcher, but it isn’t advisable. The head of the penis should be almost in front of the extender, to keep the noose pull downwards behind the head, instead of pulling forward «through» the head. The wrong way is painful, and you will be able to use the extender for many hours a day if you do it the right way.

I gave up on stretching past my erect the first day. I mentioned above how my pamphlet says to go 1.5cms beyond that, not possible. I only stretch as far as I can comfortably pull my flaccid, plus a bit more. If no gains come in 90days I’m stretching a bit further.
