Bundled Extending
I asked this in my progress thread, but I thought a new thread may get more discussion.
I’ve read people doing bundled hanging for increased tunica stretching and bundled stretches for the same.
What I’ve not heard yet is anyone doing bundled extending? I did an advanced search and could find anything.
Has anyone done it? What did you experience?
I’ve been doing it for the past few days, and it definitely gives a good stretch / burn, but it’s too early for me to say whether it will improve gains.
Will report back here if I do find it helps get me past the magic 8” mark.
