I asked this in my progress thread, but I thought a new thread may get more discussion.

I’ve read people doing bundled hanging for increased tunica stretching and bundled stretches for the same.

What I’ve not heard yet is anyone doing bundled extending? I did an advanced search and could find anything.

Has anyone done it? What did you experience?

I’ve been doing it for the past few days, and it definitely gives a good stretch / burn, but it’s too early for me to say whether it will improve gains.

Will report back here if I do find it helps get me past the magic 8” mark.

I tried bundled stretches, caused me some discomfort so I stopped. I know others have had positive results, so I am definitely interested in reading about other’s experiences here.

People have such difficulty strapping in and dialing tension on an extender that I doubt you’ll get much by way of hits. People hate strapping in unbundled much less even more uncomfortable lolm

You’re on the bleeding edge here so I am willing to bet your results will inspire folks to try, should bundled extending be a good move.

Be cautious though. Bundling for hours combined with the ever so common noose attachment can be detrimental to circulation, even more than normal wear. Just need to add that also.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I know people read I’m strapped in all day at work, including in meetings, but not when I’m doing this.

The circulation cuts off much more with this method for me. I generally do this one at the end of the day, at home, when I can apply heat, sit on the couch and look down at it every once in a while.

It may be one to two hours per night at somewhere between 2/3 and full tension.

Will keep people posted if it’s working.

I do it with a vac extender, I twist 1.5 times with no issues other than circulation as the penis will go cold. So normally I twist one way for around 40 mins then get some blood flowing back again then repeat the other way.

My flaccid is crazy after bundles or side fulcrum stretches, been messing around with using a fulcrum to mimic side stretches to in the extender.

The only things I feel are effective for me personally are fulcrum-down/side and bundled but my hands give out with manuals or I get hard so experimenting with extending and hanging at these angles now too.

Excellent, keep us updated if you’re getting good cemented results.

I will try your technique tonight. I’ve only bundled in one direction to date.

Sorry to be ‘that guy’, but what is bundling? Been here for a little while now, and I don’t remember coming across the term.

Effectively, you twist the penis. Grab right below the glans and start turning it in a circle.

Three ways I’m hearing of it:

Bundled hanging: once strapped in, twist the penis. Kingsnake has some excellent YouTube videos showing it and TG discusses it in his thread.

Bundled stretching: you’ll see some posts on TP on bundled stretching. People do a rotation, or more, and then gently stretch the penis.

Bundled extending: we’re profiling it on this thread. Give the unit as much rotation as you can, while still being able to stretch it enough to teach the noose, strap on and hold.

I wonder if Marlon could incorporate this into his extender prototype?

I really like to do bundled extending.
Bundled extending is very underrated in my eyes.

I like to unlock the tunica before routines that target girth or volume.
So I don’t use the extender in the usual way.
It is more of a warm up and I keep it at 20-60 Min max before the routine.
Works great and helps a lot with expansion without being too harsh on EQ that is needed for the following exercises.
It works especially well with squeeze exercises and bends under IR light.

Thanks man, I was just about to ask also.

This is interesting. I used to do this just for entertainment as a teenager. Never did I know it was a girth exercise. Maybe that’s why my penis is thick but not long?
