broken base for extender

Hello All:

One of the pieces that hold the threaded rods on my extender has broken and can’t be glued. Does anyone know how to build a new one or know where just a base can be found. This extender base was very smooth and comfortable to use. Problem is that it is an older devise. The piece with the gap that is broken holds the 1/4” circumference X 1/2” long piece that the threaded row screws into. Thanks

What brand is your extender? I’d assume from them.

Photo the broken part so we can see more clearly what is the problem. Others must have had similar breakages.

Hey, try posting a picture if you can. My threaded adjustments broke a few months back and I fixed it for 3 cents. The people at PenisMaster wanted like 48 bucks to replace it. Anyways, post a picture so we know what you are exactly talking about.

Here is the re-sized photo: On the right is the broken base for the extender. As you can see the small ear that hold the threaded rod is broken. On the left is a replacement that I made from PVC lumber scrap. Copy the outline slight larger than original, drill a 1.75” circle in the center and leave about 5/8” border to glue the two ears that you make by first drilling a hole in the 3/4” stock, then run it through the table saw with a cut that will accommodate the threaded rod about 3/16th”; cut out the ears with a band saw and sand both the base and ears smooth. On the base I used a rasp file to round the back into the hole and slightly on the front. Round off all edges as not to cut into your flesh. Use a strong glue rating for the PVC, buff with very fine sand paper (About 600 grit) and your done. As said—about 1.5 to 2 hours to make.

I used a fat cable tie and some big washers to hold it all together. Better than ever now.
