Update on my venture into ESL40

I received the ESL40 Yesterday, nice and discrete. Perfect!

It comes with instructions that are easy to follow and detailed, I had no problem comprehending Joe to set up the system and put on the device.

Quality seems very good, thick silicone material and a over all sturdy impression.

At first the cup seems to be difficult to out on, but I read and followed the instructions and then the process went smooth.

The trick is to roll down the walls of the cup until it resembles a condom you just unpacked. It is the easiest appliance of an ADS I have tried yet.

I was a bit surprised that it only covers the penis head, but so far I have not felt slippage. I think it will hold up.

The profile when worn under slim fit chinos is quite discrete. There is a bulge, but it is very small, and it is with out comparison the most discrete ADS I have yet seen.

Finally it is very comfortable. I was extremely please with my no name 20$ vac ADS, but this is a lot more comfortable!

I could wish for a more power full stretch, but I guess that is something I can experiment on until I find the optimum or I can replace the harness with something else. To this I might note, I believe that the cup has some limits regarding how much pull the vacuum In the cup can withstand, but I have not yet tested the limits and do not know for certain.

The above is my immediate impression, I have yet to test it over a longer period of 6 hours + a day for several months.

However, I have tried the male edge, and can only recommend NEVER to buy it. Quality is bad, and the noose is torture.
I have had slightly better success with the VLC Tugger, but slippage, skin pinching and increased foreskin is an issue ( I am uncut, so even though VLC originally was developed for foreskin restoration, it is not ideal).
Most recently, I have purchased and received a no name hanger/ ADS that works with vacuum. It consists of a bell and a silicone sleeve and comes with a belt/ leg strap that is extremely comfortable, which is also the case for the device itself. Best ADS I have tried so far. No pain at all, good grib on penis, pleasant feeling and a nice vacuum around the head. Only down side, is that it is a bit tricky to out on, and I am constantly afraid to tear the sleeve, though I have not torn I yet. If I should recommend one, I would recommend this no name ADS, it cost about 20 dollar

What is the link for this ADS?

Didn't make top 10 :

I purchased the RestoreX extender after spending many hours reading about all of the extender options out there. I thought I had made a good choice, but I very rarely see anyone mentioning the RestoreX and it isn’t even in the poll options. I’ve been using RestoreX for just 7 weeks at 1 hour per day (30 min. X2) as recommended and have increased BPEL by 1/8” and BPFSL by nearly 3/4”.

I’m able to get a VERY hard pull with the RestoreX, but 30 minutes is about all I could take. I may consider trying one of the top choices in this poll for comparison. I was sold on the fact of stretching with much more force for shorter periods, but I’ve seen several guys suggest that time is more important than stretch force.

Should add RestoreX on there. It’s the one I’m most interested in. No switchable parts just plug and play.

I think your results speak for themselves, 3/4 inch in 7 weeks is great result.

I’m 1300 hours into the X4, it’s a grind. The X4 is my only extender experience so I have nothing to compare it to. Extending is time under tension. So the answer to this question is whichever style extender works for you and allows you to put in the most time under tension.

I would be hard pressed to recommend any strap style extender to anyone. Most people try it just a few times and understandably stop using it because it’s just that uncomfortable. Strap style extenders are an acquired taste and I can’t imagine recommending them to anyone, lol.

All I can say is that if you are determined to extend, yes, it can be done using the X4 and probably just about any other product out there.

Durability is important, so far I have had to replace the X4 base due to eventually wearing out the threads in the base nuts as well as a bunch of straps.

Vote for andropenis gold

I originally got a cheap jes style copy from ebay. Nothing wrong with the device. It worked, but then I dropped it and it broke due to being made of cheaper plastic. I’d actually recommend getting a cheap jes copy first. Gives you an idea if you can wear it, seems some can and others hate it. It also has options on how you want to strap in, even comes with some foam and sleeves to try.

I found the noose to be the most comfortable for me, and decided since it was getting results and I found it easy to wear I’d buy a good one with a noose system. The andropenis wasn’t as expensive as the JES, was made out of good quality materials and even had a smiling doctor on the front of the package, I was sold haha.

Once I got it though, the comparison was day and night for quality of construction. I also like how you wind the tension/length out on the andropenis compared to the jes style.

It looks uncomfortable the way it smashes the glans. The Penimaster is actually making my glans bigger and it’s pleasurable to wear.

The pro—it uses the suction device.

ADS 8mm

Hi. Someone in Argentina invented the most budget friendly and comfortable ADS. He named it ADS 8mm. Here it Is the link

ADS 8 mm

Would like an opinion from those with some knowledge on cheaper extenders.

I’m willing to spend up to $150 for my first extender to try it out. I’ve been doing some looking and pretty much my options are limited (I want a vacuum type) to the vacextender kit ($139) or some chinese knockoffs which run obviously much cheaper. I’m just wondering if anyone has had experience with both and/or either and could give me a quick opinion. I’m leaning more towards the vacextender because it’s more known/tested and I’ve seen a lot of comments about it on the forum, but it honestly doesn’t look much different than the chinese knockoff so I’m wondering if its really the same thing and I would be saving myself about $100.

This is the knockoff I was looking at:

https://m.aliex press.com/item/ … XCxNTO#autostay

I’ve never used a knockoff, but I don’t think they are as good from what I’ve read. I would be most worried about the degradation of the springs for tension. That extra bill is likely worth it.

Start : 7 BPEL, 4.8 mseg

Now : 8 BPEL, 5.43 mseg, 8.375 BPFSL

Makes sense. Was just thinking that since the vacextender is pretty cheap itself (and a lot of people say it’s pretty much a $20 extender itself) that it would be just about the same quality.

But either way I think I’m just going to go ahead and get the vacextender anyways.

Thanks for your input!
