My PE is really spotty. Many years on, many years off, a few weeks in a row on and then a few off… life is really busy since I started a family.

All told, in about 30 years of PE, I’ve gained about 2” in length and 1/4” in girth. My dick is so tough it would take a Mack truck to get more gains!

My dick is odd… it’s very stretchy. From the beginning of a PM session to the end of the same PM session (about 3 hours) my dick ends up stretching between 1”-1.5” (some of that is due to fat pad compression at the PM base though). If I’m doing girth work, I usually get to 6” from 5.25”. If I’m really girthing it up, I have been able to hit 6.5” on a couple occasions. The aftermath of that is pretty awful though.


PE for length: so her heart stops when she sees it. PE for girth: to get her heart started again!

I’ve been using the phallosan for about a week now. I am new to PE and this is the first product I’ve used, so I’m not going to vote. I will say that once you get the right cap size and sleeve size it feels comfortable. The size indicator says I should be a small cap, but then I couldn’t fit it in. I’m now using the medium cap and sleeve, which is comfortable. If I wear it to bed, sometimes I wake up freaking out because the way my head feels under vacuum. Probably something I just need to get used to though. The sleeve feels like good quality, I’ve read a lot about the sleeves breaking. It doesn’t seem like it will be an issue to me. You just have to use common sense when using it.

30 Years??! Was that a typo? 2” is quite an impressive gain though! Maybe there’s really a lot of gain potential due to your cock being stretchy.

Nope, it’s been 30 years or so. I’ve been doing PE since I was in my early 20s. Way back then in the stone age, there wasn’t any internet to guide you like there is today. It was a bunch of manual stretching, pumping, water pumping (before they had specific water pumps) & hanging. I remember my friend & I found that his dad had an enlarger back in the early 80s. I’m sure back then it was considered a medical device and very expensive!

To be clear, that’s not 8-10 hours in a single set. That’s many sets over the course of a day. I don’t often do more than 2.5 hours in a single set. The longest sets I do are around 3-hours.

Here are the breakdowns of a few of my longer days. Set times are shown in minutes. I pulled these from my personal PE log - I haven’t made a progress report thread yet). Most days I’m in the extender closer to 5-6 hours, but I plan to do 8-10 hours more regularly. When I’m not in an extender, I’m in an ADS (autoxleeve). The only time I’m not in an extender or ADS is brief breaks after taking off the extender, or when I’m sleeping, showering, sex, etc.

133+47+127+111+82+100 = 10 hours
114+76+72+70+184 = 8.6 hours
60+53+44+46+80+78+47+49 = 7.62 hours
60+83+110+53+120 = 7.1 hours

I gained 9/16” in length and 1/4” in girth in 74 days. My routine consists of manual stretching, jelqing, short light pumping sets, extender wear, ADS wear, LEDT (LED red and near infrared light therapy), and various supplements.

I do not take a very scientific approach to making changes, so it’s tough to determine how much each component contributes to gains.

Actually I’m still getting used to wearing it while I sleep. I normally wake up in the middle of the night and take it off. Sometimes I don’t even realize I took it off until I wake up the next morning haha. I have also started using it in a different way during the day. I use the ring to “choke” it around my ankle and have it pull straight down on my left leg. I am able to wear it in public easier this way. Obviously you can only do this if you wear pants. The tension indicator is inaccurate IMO when used as directed because it catches on your leg, hard to explain without a picture. I will take my stats and put them in my signature soon. I’m still trying to figure out the acronyms. I understand BPEL and NBPEL, just not all of them.

That’s more than half an inch in 2.5 months! Congrats on that well-deserved impressive gain as you seem to be a hardworker. Thanks for sharing your routine. I hope I can manage to wear my extender even half as much when it arrives.

Just curious, what’s LEDT for? Do you use it to warm up?
