Best Device For Erect Length

I need some help choosing something. Forget about price. Just need something that does the job.

My goal is to increase my erect length by 1-1.5’ max. No girth gain is fine. No flaccid change is fine too.

Options:

1. Phallosan forte.
Can pop this on at night for 10-11 hours easily and because I live alone there are no issues. They have an app etc so I can track progress. I seem to read mixed reviews about gains for this though.

2. Penismaster Pro.
I had a similar rod device years ago but it kept coming off as it pinched my glans and slipped off. This seems better. However the rods itself look a little scary lol. But I don’t mind either way.

3. Something else?

I’m a healthy young guy, plenty of protein to help it grow, and have tried the manual route with no gains, so am looking for a device. I also tried hanging weights a few times but again it just slipped off and I think I need longer ‘time’ under tension.

My only fear is I don’t want my flaccid dick to become really long and erect to stay the same. So please let me know what is best. :)

You said you tried manuals. What did you try and for how long? Did your EQ improve? This will give everyone a better idea of the direction to point you in.

Also, try the advanced search when looking for info on Thunders. It yields great results.


Started 11/2014 6" BPEL x 4" MEG (Ballpark #'s)

As of 01/2017 7 1/2" BPEL x 4 7/8" MEG

Goal for 2018 is 8" BPEL x 5 1/4" MEG! PE'ing Just Over a Year and Going for 8x6

I tried for well over a year (but it was on and off). Mostly stretches and jelqs.

The problem was mainly getting temporary results. For example I used the Bathmate for 6+ months. After every session my girth went up and within a few hours I just returned back to normal again.

I think my manual PE journey got me a little gains but I’m basically back to where I started. I haven’t trained it for over a year now.

EQ did improve but then I also train and stuff so it could have also just been that.

That’s why I think something like Phallosan or similar may be good as then it’s a longer period of time and also the right amount of pressure is applied without injury.

I had a HA filler and that seemed to help girth but I want some length.

I checked the threads but several were in another language and/or about one specific person. That’s why I wasn’t sure what was best for me.

Vacuum and/or water pumping does not produce permanent length or girth gains in (1) my experience thru truly long term vacuum pump use and
(2) there is zero peer reviewed academic research showing they do. There just isn’t at this point. Not to rain in anyone’s parade, but hoping for gains through pumping alone is like hoping for a rainbow to appear.

On the extenders, you should just buy one and experiment experiment. I started with the jes type extender (traded as x4 labs) and perfected my use of it through lots of experimentation and perseverance. The andropenis extender design is not as good for several reasons, but it still serves the essential function of applying force to the penis at the glans, so it’s a viable design as well.

I tend to favor extenders because there is peer reviewed research showing they work, and there really is nothing that good for ANY other method although I am aware there is a lot of anecdotal support for everything from positive thinking to jelqing to chemicals to hanging to you name it.

If I were in your shoes I’d buy a jes extender of some inexpensive brand (cheaper the better) and learn some way to strap it on that does not hurt your penis and allows you to go for 1-4 extending sessions per day. Do that for a year and you’ll probably gain at least half an inch.

Just my .02, hope this helps.

I started with an X4 Labs. But I’ll tell you, I’ve seen guys who only pump. Insitenix is a very good example of pumping gains. I mean peer reviewed only means reviewed after it worked. Most of PE isn’t. And plenty of it works. I certainly don’t tell folks extender or bust. Though it got me gains it did not work for everyone.

But, that’s fair in your experience. You can only speak on what you believe in.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

Any recommendations on Phallosan/the other things above? I found the gold extender too fiddly and my glans kept popping out hence looking for an alternative. I also need something ideally in the night as I’m at work and can’t keep adjusting it haha.

Titleist is another example, along with supersizeit, Mr Happy, gprent, dtwarren, just to name a few.

Also, I got most of my gains from pumping along with Linear routine, gains that survived a two months deconditioning break.

Hey if it works, it works. It’s just that I feel a need to have academic research as my proof to justify spending much time on a method, that’s all. I have about 1800 hours in extending at this point, which is a lot of time. I have to admit that I am not seeing much from it lately though.

Well speaking as someone who has tried a little of everything and as someone who has seen crazy gain patterns….extenders aren’t the only way. At 5 years in and stalling out, I’d recommend giving some other things a shot. Can’t hurt at this point.

Agreed, and thanks. I do not really know what would help break my stall in growth now, but I thought resuming the same pumping/extending routine that added almost an inch in growth during better years might be worth resuming. The latter combination actually stalled in about 2012. Only recently have I regained the hours per day needed to pursue a serious PE regimen.

Well that’s real research but the results from pumping while positive, are still pretty weak. 0.
5 cm length gain reported for the subjects is pretty small results. At least it did report some positive gain. I also have noticed minor but positive length and girth gains from pumping in the past, and the problem is they only seemed to last a few months at a time, so nor permanent. This study does not tell whether the subjects had lasting gains or not. For that matter if I recall the extender studies don’t either, but the gains were a lot more dramatic by comparison at least in terms of length gains.

Edit: I still have an air pump and use it for fun but I never got perm gains from it. So please avoid recommending this for length as I already have it haha.

Just try some things. I mean anything can work. But only your body, not our suggestions, will decide what works for you.
