base of extender diggin in

Hi all,

just a quick question on how to prevent the base of the extender diggining in so much into the pelvis whilst getting on a good stretch.

Any help is much appreciated

I posted some info on this in the extenders forum. A quick search should reveal them. I had a photo in there of some 1/2” open cell foam that I was using as a pad under the base. But, I have found 1/2” closed cell foam, similar to that used under sleeping bags when camping, is better. Make the pad wider than the base of the extender and cut a circular hole in the center about the diameter of the penis. If you cut the hole too big the edge of the extender will drop off the pad into the space and create a pressure point. After a couple weeks the material gets overcompressed and becomes less effective necessitating a new piece. Best of Luck on your PE journey.

I did something similar to Ecto out of neoprene rubber. I even ‘sewed’ it to the extender base with fishing line so it would not move around. The downside I found was the move of the base out from the pubic bone caused issues when your penis was stretched up or down (it tended to make the base slide sideways) but fine when I stretched straight out. Anyway after a while the base pain issue resided and I found I no longer needed the comfort pad. I was doing some ball stretching at the time and now my balls easily move below the base. Suspect that may have helped.

Monkey bar sells a silicone comfort pad if you do not want to go to the trouble of making one.

I used to use a cut down mouse pad, with a hole cut in the center, after a while I guess I got used to it as I don’t need it anymore
