Well I’ve finally taken the plunge and purchased an auto-extender. I got the package deal, the traction device along with the hanger for $214 which includes the shipping. I’m sure I could have made something cheaper, but I’m not the most mechanically inclined person but more importantly, I just don’t have the time to do it. With a wife and 2 kids that are very active in sports, I rarely have time to myself. That’s one of the reasons I purchased these. I’m a closet jelqer. I’ve only been doing this for a short time, since last last year, and I exclusive dry-jelq. When I can I get in about 300-500 jelqs in. I’m not very consistent though. (Yesterday I was only able to get about 100 in.) I haven’t measured (I will soon) but I feel fuller when I can jelq. I’m hoping that with the ADS, I’ll be more consistent as far as usage.

Anyway I’m using this to keep a record of future usage, routines and hopefully growth stats.

How is the use of your auto extender going? I purchased the full package also, and just received it about 5 days ago. I have used the stretcher every day, starting with one hour and today, on the sixth day, I’ll shoot for 3 hours. I haven’t been able to use the all day hanger yet, have you had any luck with this?

I also am really pressed for time, it’s the reason I purchased the auto extender in the first place. I jelq 5 days a week for about a half an hour, and plan on adding the auto extender to this routine, but I’m not positive how I’ll do that yet. What routine are you following now that you’re using the auto extender?
