Anyone here uncircumcised, do you pull back the foreskin when extending?

To me thinking leaving the foreskin up, would make the extender slip. But then again if you extend with skin pulled back would your dick out grow the skin?

You should pull back foreskin and yes foreskin will grow together with your penis.

I use the phallosan and I dont pull back the foreskin because I find the cap rather uncomfortable when placed directly on the glans. This does however cause some minor edema in the tip of the foreskin which quickly goes away, usually within an hour or quicker if jelqed. However, no gains from the extender yet after 350 hours on medium tension, so…

I’ve actually had my BEST results (by results I mean actually being able to use the device) with my foreskin pulled forward.

How do I do it with the skin pulled back?
