An extender for Active Lifestyle?

First off sorry for posting this in the basics section as my acct is new and can’t post in the extender section yet.

Ok new member here in Thunder’s but no newbie in PE.
Learned about PE and had an acct in PE gym back in ‘11 but forgot password and never had the privacy to do PE until the last few months.

So I (re)started with beginner routine and finally built my way up to a pretty good hanging routine.
Started 4.8ish BPEL and am currently at 6-6.25 on a good day.
Girth has improved significantly as well as I can now feel when a woman does a pelvic squeeze during intercourse.

I would very much like to incorporate and extender into my routine as something I can wear after a session and during the day to keep my unit from turtling.
Tried traction wrapping but have found it to be very uncomfortable and if I use too light pressure it would come off and would turtle anyway.

I’ve found a place to buy a noose type extender and am wondering if I can wear this during the day while working out at the gym and playing tennis?
I play tennis 4-5x a week and am anxious I might waste my money if the extender would come off while I play or that it might not be able to stand the pressure if I keep moving around wearing it.

Thoughts?

Congrats on your gains. What was you routine?

Nobody recommends wearing it in those situation. But there is a website, goodlookinglooser that says it is possible with size genetics. But with phallosan forte is even more comfortable. I have done research and got to the conclusion that the best vacuum extender in from autoextender. Are you cut?

Still can’t answer this question but I’m going to try out the PegLeg Extension to my Captain’s Wench to a few games tomorrow and will see it’s potential to be worn during that.
Looked up Phallosan today and the price is just ridiculous.

Truth is the past six months I’ve only been doing Jelqs with considerably high pressure to the point that the glans is shiny. 600 reps at night at 50 slow reps / set. 4x a week.

50 reps, Shake for Circulation.
50 reps..
After about the 7th set or so I’ll rewarm and continue.

The past 2 months I started incorporating hanging.
The first month I did 2 15min sets Straight Up as I was/ (still am) confused about the LOT theory. (I just read today to dismiss the LOT Theory.)
And did 200-300 light pressure jelqs after.

2nd month I added a set and started experimenting with angles. I’ll do like 2 sets Straight down and 1 straight up on day, I’ll do 2 SU and 1 SD the next.

I stopped doing jelqs the past week to try and concentrate on length as I just read length-girth-length-girth is a good way to approach PE.

I’ll start to incorporate the PegLeg tomorrow and see what happens. Really hope to have consistent 6.5+ BPELs soon. :-(

Yes the price of phallosan it crazy. Also looked at buying one, but after postage to SA I would be broke. So I just went with a cheap Chinese one.

About 8 months now.

6 months spent just jelqing 4x a week and it’s only been 2 months when I started hanging.

Not bad! You could go all Tom Hubbard and create an extended or ADS that would stay in place whilst exercising. I’ve been toying with this idea of a hanger that is akin to the “neckalces” that some women in African tribes wear. Like weighted cockrings that would be on top of a cock ring that is secured to the head of the penis (noose method, clamp, I’m not too sure yet). Prett much exactly like an extender, but not pushing against ones pubic area, more like an extender, hanger cross.

I woke up with an amazing morning wood today so I have good EQ as well.
Still going for that dream 8x6 though so I have a long way to go that’s why I’m adding ADS to my routine. ;-)

Its completely ridiculous to wear an ADS playing tennis or anything else, for that matter. If you’re hanging with regularity; then that will be sufficient to accomplish your objective. Adding the ADS will not shorten the road you are on. I felt the same way as you when I started so I added an ADS on road trips in the car, I did this for a couple months and thought it was the ultimate. It was not, I discarded the ADS and never used it again.

Ok had a 2 hour tennis session with my PegLeg Extension on today and I’m happy to report it works!!
I put just enough tension for my unit to stay in an elongated state such that I feel a slight tug when walking and when going for crossover shots.

Only problem is getting used to the sensation and the friction of the wrap with the glans. Nothing potentially dangerous and is easily fixed with slight modifications.
I love how the device adapts to your body just like a new pair of shoes.
Gonna be wearing this down the next few months and I’ll be happy to report my stats then.

Looks very comfortable and hey if it’s accessible to you why not?

At least your won’t need long shorts. I had to wear my shorts lower with the Pegleg on. :)

People have different goals with their PE efforts. I do some nude recreation, and I guess there is a little vanity here, but I would like to keep turtling to a minimum. So in your opinion, as a seasoned PE’er, would ADS make sense for better flaccid hang, regardless of the effect on erect length?
