HI!

Since I started the use of my vacextender (since 1 week, each day 4 hours) I noticed a bigger flacid hang and a thicker getting base.
So I am a little afraid if thats normal for a start. I mean it looks like my dick is adapting but only in getting thicker/stronger but not in getting longer.
So if that continues in this way I am worried because I make it harder to get length gains.
Does anybody have experience with this and can settle me a little down?

I also fear that but with manuals. I’ve been with manuals for over a year. I don’t think you will harden your tissues with an extender, the force is low.


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

I feel the same thing you are talking about. But it has not limited the plasticity at all. Whatever it is, it’s the body’s way of adapting and I don’t feel it is going to limit gains by any means. That is if you are going to get them at all. Forget what you think on a weekly basis. It’s the semester system with this stuff. You’ll get your grade at the end of the year. Get that in your head and you will be much better off. Trust me.

OK, probably I really think to much in short terms.

By the way I always try to get my dick in the extender in a stretched way (so you cant stretch it longer). I dont know if that force is really low. I would guess if I had to estimate, that its at least 1,5kg that pulls on my fellow.

Last one: Do you warmup before putting on an extender or while wearing it?

If I have time, which is seldom, I warm up. But I put the extender on in a shorter setting than my fully stretched state. Then, I start the warm up and add bar extensions or lengthen the extender as it stretches out, which doesn’t take long. I believe forcing the unit immediately to a stretched out state is counterproductive. Let the tissues elongate naturally under “reduced” tension. Then coax it gradually more. I’m using an infrared lamp now to warm. I do this for about 30-45 minutes a couple times a day while in the extender. I think good heat is critical to positive PE.

How much different is the IR lamp?

It gives me more of a tingly warmth rather than a relaxing feeling from the rice sock. I’ve only started using the infrared lamp so I’ll be in the process of evaluation a bit more. Also, I plan on getting a far infrared device but haven’t had time to check out one yet.

Curiously my member shrinks a little when I use it.. I do it for 5 minutes, so probably that is only the first reaction of it and I shoul do longer.

What kind of lamp are you using?

You probably use it too close to your shaft , try to gently tighten an overhanded ok grip at the base while you warm up under the lamp, or wear a cockring.

Sylvania 175 watt PAR38/heat/red. 120 Volt. In ceramic base lamp socket. No shroud, just bare bulb. Also have a GE 250 watt, 120 volt E4 bulb. I have two of the Sylvanias which I may hook up coming from different directions. The GE I think may be too much so I’ve set that aside for now. Still playing with correct distance. Be careful as things like rings, extenders and sleeves can build up and retain heat more than surrounding tissue. Even more so if they are dark in color.

Yeah, i was thinking about also heating while hanging, but since my IR lamp spreads the light so much (and because of the material issue when it gets warm) I think I better do not.

Maybe you can try to wrap the material with a white cloth.

Yes, exactly right. You will still get some of the penetrating effects of the IR but avoid the localized burn. However, I find that moving the heat source farther away but using it for longer periods has a very good effect and avoids possibility of burn. First starting out, I thought I had to really feel that heat to benefit. But, that’s really not the case. Move it out a couple feet.

I think this is natural. When I use my extender I get the same effects, but mine is floppier.

Do you jelq? I’m a huge advocate for jelqing.
