Hello all,

I’m a new member(well not that new but I haven’t been posting much so I was forced to post here). I’ve had an Andropenis extender for a while, but became serious about it the last month, and am noticing a little gain. However, it is almost impossible for me to have it on for more than two hours. It’s a noose style extender, which I believe is the root of the problem. Any advice on how to modify my extender to wear it for longer periods of time will be greatly appreciated.

Her Jazz13 welcome. I only wear my extender for 2hrs at a time. I usually have to go pee at that point. 20-30min later I put it back on for another 2hrs. It’s alright to break up the sessions.

I see. But does it sting around your glans? I feel stretching along my ligaments, which I suppose is a good thing, but I don’t think it’s supposed to sting like that. And the stinging only happens where the strap of the noose wraps around my penis.

Like you, I think extenders are painful. Monkeybar sells a vac attachment that helped me. But by experimenting around by varying how tight you adjust it, supplemental padding, and how much tension you use, you might find a combo that works for you.

I use a vacumcup. Have it on for 1 hour, reattach, 1 hour again, reattach and so on. I go for 6 hours before I take a half an hour to an hour break. Then I use it again for atleast 4 hours adding up to ten hours a day. / SMD

I pretty much just do 1 hour blocks. Works best for me, 3-4 of them a day and it has worked well for me.

One tip I do is to squeeze a little bit of extra blood into the head with a kegel before tightening the noose as it gives the noose a bit more of a ledge to grab onto, meaning I can tighten it less.

I also strap myself into the head piece then place it on the extender rods rather than the other way around. Gives me much more control and I feel less like I need a third hand to do it properly.

Also let myself be guided by tension rather than length. I have marks along the device so I know what tension I am at.


Starting Stats - 5.5 NBPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 5.7 NBPEL x 6.2 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

I’m gonna echo this. I always get a bit of a head swell, it makes easier to strap in. Also try different ways to strap in with the noose. If the foam tubes don’t work try an infant sock with the toe cut out and slip it on your penis then use the noose. I’ve read some guys use thermawrap, foam kitchen drawer liner and other wrappings.

@Straal1969 - A sock with the tip cut out sounds like a great idea. I’m willing to try it out.

@ErnieBanks and Soulmedeep - How discreet is the shipping and the billing(of your debit/credit card) of your vac extenders?

@Boner7484 and dtwarren1942 - I think I’ll break my routine into blocks throughout the day instead of trying to squeeze in lots of hours in one go. Is that a good idea?

I tried the sock trick today. It really made a difference in comfort for me at the base, as well as reducing the pinching from the rods at the swivels. Thanks for the advice.

I usually don’t get a stinging pain in the glans, but when I do it means I need to take it off, shake out my penis to get blood flowing and put it back on. Sometimes after an hour or longer I may get slight stinging. Again I just take it off shake out my dick and reapply. I don’t like any pain or discomfort. At that point it’s not worth it to keep stretching.
