I have been just doing “recreational” pumping (just getting it big before me and the wife have sex) 1-3x/week for the last 12yrs. I saw some gains in that time (5/8 inches in length), but nothing significant, but I also knew that I wasn’t really serious.
Starting 2 weeks ago I have been doing ADS at work, stealth, under my baggy scrubs. I have been using a sock, clamp, Velcro leg strap, rope, thick rubber band. I did it for 32 hrs. The first week and 40 hrs. The 2ND week. I also started jelqing 400 jelqs/day starting week 2. I try to have the leg strap low enough so that the pull is moderately strong (I can definitely feel it tug on my dick when I am standing which is often as I am an Registered Nurse. When I sit down to chart at the computer I move the strap so I fee a light-moderate tug still while I am sitting. I take it off every 2hrs when I use the bathroom.
Question 1. Where can I BUY a better ADS than my “homemade” one? I am happy with what I made so far. It does the job, but I want to use something other than a clamp to keep it on.
Question 2. How many hours until I start seeing actual Erect and Flaccid gains? After 500 hours, how much gains should I see?
I am currently 7 1/4 BPEL. I need to do flaccid bone pressed and non-bone pressed measurements too.
Question 3: How much tension is “enough”. Is more better? Like is 1lb or 2lbs enough?
Question 4. Can I still do my “recreational” pumping before sex?
So far after 2 weeks, I do notice it hanging better flaccid, but have not really measured that. BPEL is still 7 1/4. I also have some rock hard erections in the morning (more than before).
