ADS while overtrained?
To make a long story very short, I am still a newbie and I have been switching my routine around like crazy every since starting and haven’t really gained much. I now am just getting the feel of what its like to over train my unit and can definitely say that I am doing too much work for him. I have began to have negative PI’s and lack of growth so I know that my tender guy has taken a beating and its time to ease up.
After doing a search about over training and after reading every thread that came up on the subject, I definitely can say I now have the knowledge to know that it is time to chill out for a bit. However, there was one really interesting post by Monty that got me rethinking my little decon break.

The correction after the fact is to maintain for as long as possible (days)a light continuous stretch until normalcy returns. You definitely don’t want to allow healing to take place without some form of stretch or you will set your progress back. Anytime you do enough damage to cause swelling or digression of length all the factors that the body can muster will be brought to bear at returning the unit back to original state but only tougher.
So, to me it sounds like even though my unit is beat up, its healing now. Since it is in the healing process and its hanging shorter and smaller, we would want to correct that by keeping it in the ads for as long as possible while my unit heals. I have been wearing my ads all day at a really low tension (which I will check tomorrow when Wal-mart opens to get a fish scale) and I want to know what everyone thinks about this extended state of healing an over trained dick. Thanks guys, wouldn’t want to do more damage than has been done. I know that once it is healed I will definitely be cutting my routine down to light jelqs and stretches only with my ads.
