Again, how is this different to PE? I did 15 days without PE and I started again yesterday, I had to start at a level less than what I was doing before the break but the length and girth of my penis hasn’t shrunk or gotten smaller.

I’m sorry, but it’s tendon’s that provide mobility in joints. Ligaments act as an anchor point for muscles and allows those muscles to flex, extend or adduct. Tendons are bone-to-bone, ligaments are muscle-to-bone. When you flex your Biceps-Brachii (you have two sets of biceps in your body: Biceps Femoris and Biceps-Brachii) it pulls your fore arm towards your shoulder, your tendons allow the joints to move in that direction in a safe manner. It’s actually the opposite with ligaments and joint problems, tight ligaments (and also tight muscles) pull on the joints in the wrong manner and puts undue stress on the tendons and cartilage inside those joints.

Ever heard of Stretch Weakness? They teach it in Physiotherapy and Remedial Therapies. Http://physionet.blogspot.com/2008/…eakness-is.html Stretch weakness, being the result of persistent tension on the muscle, must be treated by relief of tension. from what I read of this is that having a muscle and ligament in a stretch weakened state causes the muscle to lose strength and tone, if I applied this to my penis I’d say I’d be losing EQ. Do a search on “Stretch Weakness” and see what you come up with.

Yeah that was just a rough example, but you would have to agree with all that trauma you’re going to have a build up of fibrous plaque. Plaque is hard :)
