Abandoning Vac products : advice needed

So after a year and a half of vac based ads and hanging I’ve had enough. The end of my penis is now marked from past blister experiences. Dry skin around the gland is becoming quite common dispute moisturising and now I have another blister. 2 in the past 2 months. This one is from my vac ads, previously was my vac hanger. The new one is in a new position that has not previously been affected. I’m currently testing my new all day hanger product and hadn’t noticed the little slip. Needless to say I’m going to be out of action for a while. I think enough is enough.

I need to find a way to use my all day hanger weight. Maybe a wrap system or something combined with the sleeves from my vac system.

The next issue is going to be hanging. Looks like a Bib is going to be the way.

Very discouraged actually at the minute. Any advice would be good right now

Did you see any gains? What weight and how many hours a week were you hanging?

How long are your sets? The paper/medical “ouch free” tape wrapped around my glans (with the constriction sleeve) completely stopped my water blisters using the vac-hanger, but I don’t go over 7 pounds.

I have gained around half an inch. Inconsistent routine though. Around 40 min a day hanging at 4kg but around 7 to 10 hours at 1 kg with the all day hanging. I haven’t wrapped using the vac products yet. Do you encase the entire thing? I’m guessing you wrap quite tight?

There’s a special taping method that works well up to about 5kg. I recommend looks around for it. It makes a huge difference. If you were gaining, then I would not stop vac hanging until you stop gaining. Definitely use the tape. My problem is I can’t gain with weights that are low enough for vac hanging.

What sort of weight are you hanging vkn1?

I place 2 strips of tape in a “+” pattern over the tip of my glans. Each piece is around 2 inches long. You can always add more layers if you want more protection. I’ve read about people covering their glans with the tape for higher weights, but I only ever get the blisters right next to my urethra. I haven’t gotten one since I started wrapping.

Afterward the tape will still be fairly stuck to your glans, especially if you don’t do very much hang time. Soaking it in water will bring it right off though. Give it a shot when you heal, and start with shorter sets to make sure that it’s working properly.

Ok, I’ll give it a shot. Looks like I’m going to have to invest in more tape. I have two types the surgical tape and a more padded but less adhesive wrap tape. I suppose that I should wrap covering the entire head, slit and all. The only downside would be when you need to pee. I guess I’ll get a little kit together, scissors, tape, lotion etc. I just want a bigger cock now. :(

Pee before you start hanging so you don`t need to take the tape of and put another one. I had problems with red spots and black head from vac-hanger. But now I use more layers of tape, and sometimes after I jelq between sets and get pretty engorged , I wrap the head with some bandage and release after a few seconds so the blood from the head is pushed back. I think you should do a couple more sets with lower weight like one set with 4kg and lower the next one ex: 3.5 3 kg, see how you feel better.

It’s the all day hanging that’s going to require a change of tape. The 40 min hanging us split up into two twenty minute sessions, one when I get up and one when I go to bed.

Ok the head has healed. I’m going to give it till the weekend before I start up again. Looks so much better, dry skin clearing up, dark marks going away. Like a reborn penis. Actually it’s probably what Jesus’s penis looked like :)

Hey r.oates. I noticed that your last measurement was 5/09/09. Where are your measurements now? I noticed that you have a sizable goal of 7.5npb X 6 eg. What is your short-term goal?

I’m also curious whether you considered the P90 of PE? HA HA!! I’ve noticed members getting frustrated with the same ol routine, then make changes, and suddenly notice results coming quicker. Have you tried any other PE programs? If so, what were they, and how did you decide to focus on vac & hanging? Personally, the only reason I hadn’t tried Vac is because results can be temporary, although I’ve heard of people getting great results. It seems the majority of members are getting best results from basic manual exercises - Jelq, and more advanced Clamping. I’ve not tried hanging for fear of injury, and decided to go with an Extender which may also be another option for you.

I wish I had the answers for you, and just thought a little brainstorming might help us, as well as others.

Thanks Charlie dog. I’ve gained about half an inch but I generally have a very sporadic routine due to work. Or more recently injury. Full vac pumps seem to give a more temp growth but done have perm success. By extender to you mean an all day stretching device? It’s something I’m using quite often. The vac environment doesn’t seem good for the skin of the penis. After long sessions I notice it’s rather clammy and the skin comes away when rubbed. Don’t get me wrong this is after days of wear. My current thing is to try a different angle for my hanging. Had to restart twice due to the blistering so I don’t know if it will work or not. You do wonder sometimes if you’re just wasting time.

I’ve been using an X4 Extender for about 6 months. I wear it on average 4 hours a day. The problem with the extender is that it needs to be constantly adjusted due to stretching out & slippage. I monitor it every 15 minutes to see if I need to crank it up to optimal tension. I can only wear it for about 2 hours before skin irritation occurs. I put heavy dose of moisturizing lotion under the base unit (testicles & pelvic region) which has really helped. I’m also thinking about finding a soft cushy pad to place under the base unit for increased comfort, but so far haven’t identified a good material. The moisturizing cream really helps because I also will point my penis in different directions (straight down, perpendicular, straight up, & to the left & right sides) to get stretches in all directions. The reason I went with the extender was due to scientific studies (hopefully not bogus) that supposedly concluded that most users got some gains (average about 1.8 cm, daily,over 6 mo’s). I’ve also noticed that my EQ improved, which was an unexpected benefit, and I had decent EQ to begin with. My erections seems to be fuller, which I didn’t think was possible.

I also have modified my manual PE (jelqing) with the use of a cock ring under the testicles. I get a better pump. I guess it’s a modified clamping routine. As far as lubricants, I use twilight woods triple moisture body cream first, then follow it with Canola Oil. Yes, you heard me right, Canola Oil. HAHA. The cream alone just didn’t work as well and the skin would get temporarily irritated especially after a long session. It took me a while to figure this out, & it works very well (not that someone doesn’t have a better method). I stimulate it to about 70-90%, and use my hands to add enough tension to get it to 100%+. I like this method better than pure jelqing because I don’t have to do full strokes down the entire shaft. Plus I can add simultaneous squeezes to both ends, concentrating on mid shaft, or change the focus to the glans or base. I must say that I wouldn’t recommend this to a newbie until they have absolute physical awareness of what their penis can take without causing injury. The only drawback to this is that sometimes I’ll notice that my EQ is actually lowered temporarily, but as the hours go by, gets back to normal. The only concern that I have with this is that the penis can acclimate to having a cock ring to get hard. Fortunately, I have morning wood every day, and no problem getting erections with my girlfriend, but if that was affected, I’d have to rethink my methods.

I’m quite aggressive, in my mind, in my PE, however I don’t ever take it to the point where I get red dots, blisters, dryness, etc.

Try a piece of pipe insulation foam for a comfort pad. Worked well when I tried one years ago, cheap too. That’s an interesting jelq method, although most people don’t do 100% erect. How does the x4 fasten to your head?
