You’re right. There are no saddhus with big dicks. There are no pics online proving just one of 10s of 1000s of saddhus with a big dick. I was just making a joke. The biggest dick I’ve seen is Mandingo’s. It’s certainly the only one genuinely over 10” with visual proof. That is why I’m extremely reluctant to believe anyone on a PE forum saying they have a 10+ incher or to say they have gained over 2 inches.

The whole shaft hurts this morning all the way to behind the balls. Used traction for 4 hours yesterday, between 2kg up to 4kg, then for short periods up to 6kg. Trying to get fatigue in the shaft early by applying a manual stretch to the shaft in addition to the vacuum pull. Hard to know but probably stretched beyond 10kg for 30 secs a few times. Definitely felt a good deep stretch to the shaft. Think I’m going to limit my max pull from the vacuum to 4kg from now on just to protect the old nerves. You just can’t tell how much strain in particular they are under behind the glans. The combined vac and manual stretch is going to be part of my routine for now on. I definitely think my dick can just handle higher forces from the outset. Some guys talk about 1kg traction leading to fatigue, but it doesn’t do jack-shit for me.

The sadhus twist there dicks with a stick and hang rocks frpm there penis if you look at online pics there not huge at all,plenty of men have gained 2 inches or more there is picture proof in the routines section there are plenty of men out there with a bigger dick than Mandingo.

Never seen a dick bigger than Mandingo’s. If you have any pics of erect dicks that are bigger I’d like to see them.

I’m basically doing some aspects of the newbie routine as a warmup to prolonged stretching with this vac. I do wet jelqing and wet flaccid stretching and kneading of the whole package also while it’s wet. Use a water based lube. These exercises definitely make the whole package look healthier.

Want to make another comment about this tingling sensation I’m getting. It goes away after a little light jelqing and edging, so I’m thinking it’s only a bit of nerve contraction, and doesn’t return until the following day’s recovery.

I have had blood flow tingling a few times while hanging.

If you ride the fatigue as you lighten the weight so that you can do more sets, that happens occasionally.

Never nerve tingling though.

I think if you could extend the penis without entirely binding it maybe you could wear an extender for longer times without breaks.

Maybe you are going to discover a new way to attack the tunica that will help us all.

I know that I would love to have shaft soreness like ligament soreness throughout the day.

Been at this PE for 2 months now, without a day off, but have decided to incorporate complete rest days. I was thinking of some sort of rolling pattern of days, such as, 2days on 1day off, 4days on 2days off, 6days on 3days off, 8days on 4days off, 10days on 5days off, then repeat, 2days on 1day off, .etc.. This might be better than say 5days on 2days off since there is really no way of knowing for sure how many days in a row you should train and how many you should rest. Alternatively just take days off when the dick needs it and mine now needs it.

That’s a hard thing to gauge.

In the hanging philosophy one is not ever to rest.

When I say a rest day I don’t mean a day doing nothing. You have to pull out the adhesions at the very least, which I can do with a short stretching session, or periodic brief stretches several times a day. On the one hand some think no rest causes the tunica to thicken and become more resistant, others think if you keep hammering away relentlessly you will prevent the tunica becoming stronger in the first place. Hard to know, but the weakest link in the chain is the nerves. The key is definitely to hit fatigue as early as possible, so I don’t think a hanger is necessary for me. A four finger grip on the shaft, the 2 index and 2 middle fingers interlocked can be used. I’ve tried it already and my shaft fatigued in less than 5 minutes.

Have never tried a hanger, but I’m thinking that the reason it works to fatigue the shaft is because it grips the tunica at the sides keeping the stress off the top. Using the grip I mentioned you’re pulling on the tunica at both sides with minimal pressure on top. You could also try not interlocking your fingers. An overhand pincer grip also works but there is more pinching of the shaft. When standing with bent knees rest your elbows on your thighs stretch and wait. I’m not saying I could get fatigue this way after a few days total rest, but because I have allowed no rest for 2months I’m getting a deep stretch of the tunica. Try it after a warm up and tell me what you think.

You could also try rotating your shaft 90 degrees and stretch using the 4 finger grip keeping the pressure off the top

I have gained an inch in length from hanging, plain in simple I became obsessed and was consistent. What I have learned is that ADS will help solidify gains from hanging only. The way to stretch your ligs, is NOT just to hang, but to fatigue your ligaments through hanging then you finally can deform them. Ligaments are really tough to stretch, so even before you think that 5-15 pounds of weight on your penis will stretch it, you have to fatigue them first. ADS won’t do that, but can definitely help cement gains by preventing retraction. There are so many success stories with hanging, ADS is the lazy way. I gained an inch in 45 days, but I read voraciously from this forum and was obsessed meaning I did PE 3-4 hours a day then did manual stretching for another hour or so to solidify my gains.

I have only been doing PE for 8 weeks and already I’m seeing a consistent 1/4 inch gain. I’m not relying on extending to provide the gains, but as you say to cement gains. I’m doing quite strenuous manual stretching (15 mins) , sliding down the shaft slowly with lube, as flaccid as possible. I’m going to keep doing this for another 4 months and then decide whether or not to switch to hanging.

Too much length gain too soon, assuming it’s possible, is far too risky for the dorsal nerves. They will always be struggling to catch up with the ligs as far as adaptation goes. You are lucky you can still feel your knob after such rapid lengthening.
