5 Years Of Extender Experience

I have just recently started with exercising, 6 weeks before come a member, in just this short time exercising and kegel seems to be helping the length of intercourse.

This is the first time I have herd of the X4, , I have been looking for an extender with good feed back, I think I will give it a shot, providing I can find it on the web,

Thanks.

I can’t answer the question about flaccid gains with the extender because I don’t keep track. I think I gained in flaccid from hanging BTC, which didn’t affect my erect length, but lowered my exit point.

Did you ever do jelqs and do you think it helps.
Also I m thinking when I use the stretcher in the heating
ad I can stretch it farther. Wondering if I should go two hours
under heat for better results

After a couple years of PE I started a manual stretch/jelq routine and gained a half inch in about 4 weeks. I continued for 2 more weeks and didn’t gain anything.

Extender Angle: I’ve been trying different angles with the extender and straight out (which has always been my primary angle) seems to still be the best for me. With straight down, blood stays in the glans, which keeps it warm and keeps it from getting numb, but I have a better flaccid hang after I do straight out. You would think that since straight down mainly targets the ligaments that it would give a better flaccid hang afterwards, but not for me. Straight up makes me cold and numb fairly quickly, plus the girth base makes it painful on the top of the shaft.

http://www.amaz … /dp/B003D7CYLA/ I received these today as a cheap alternative to the foam memory pads from extender companies. They aren’t as good because they have a smaller diameter (although it says 1 inch) and the foam overlaps itself, making it lopsided. It also seems impossible to cut them straight. Maybe they stretch in certain areas and not others because it looks straight, then it isn’t. I’m going to try some other brands of tubular toe foam to see if there are any that are more like the x4 pads.

Yeah I seem to do ok so far for 5 hours straight down.I have gained

only some flacid. I am thinking about doing your routin in the

heat for on hour in morning and one in evening. It seems like

you can stretch a longer lenght while under the heating pad.

But it would compromise some of the time as using it for

five hours a day straight down all day. But you say that it worked

for you under the heat for only two hours. You get a longer

stretch for shorter time. Whats your theory on that Baba?

marshall

I prefer straight out at the highest tension possible with a heating pad.

Just ordered my first 4X extender, the deluxe edition sounded to be the best deal, I hope it is worth the price.

From all that I have read I will start off a little slow, and go from there. Thanks for all the info.

Baba Booey,

Did you ever start out using the stretcher 5 hour a day
than decided to do it for an hou or two at high tension?
I have done mine for two months and have not really seen
much at all bpel gains. So I can going to try one month
at high tension in am and pm

marshall

For the first 3 years, the only PE I did was extender at max tension, usually for 1 hour a week.

Baba,

How long do you stretch in the stretcher as far as lenght.
I have gone up almost two inches inside the stretcher
from when I first started over 2 months ago?
Does that have any idication of futures bpel gains.
Im almost 6.5 inches inside the stretcher

marshall

My length in the extender is almost my BPFSL, maybe a few millimeters less.

I don’t think you gained 2 inches in 2 months, but you probably used low tension at first, then increased the tension as you got used to the device. Once you use high tension, you will know when you are gaining stretched length because you will need to add bars to stay at a high tension level.

Some people talk about gains in BPFSL being a preview of future BPEL gains, but I can’t say for sure since I didn’t measure FSL until after a few years of PE. I would say that if you just started PE 2 months ago, you should start measuring erect gains soon if you haven’t already.

I have for the first time used my 4X extender, I like it. It’s going to take a bit to get used to. The part that is uncomfortable is the base pushing against my sac, hopping with a little adjusting things will feel better, any suggestions.

Nice trick with the nails.

The base pushing into your sack is usually the most painful part of wearing an extender. You can pull the extender up and adjust the sack skin so that the base is pressing in a different spot. Another option is to put a strip of fabric or a piece of a washcloth between you and the bottom of the base and pull it when it starts to hurt. Both options work by moving the skin that is sore away from the base.

A variation of the two small nail mod is one large nail that goes through both ends of the strap, with holes drilled in the middle.

1 hour a week? And you gained 1” wearing the device 1 hour per week? Or did you mean 1 hour daily?

Just 1 hour a week on average. Occasionally 2 hours a week, but also 1 month off each year for the first 3 years and I gained an inch.
