Zep's Update !
Because I have been experiencing some pretty amazing results since the first of the year I wanted to add this to the board for the members review and comments.
First a little background.
I have been active in PE since May of 2000 and made fairly consistent gains throughout this time. However toward the end of last year I was hitting a plateau and decided to go on a maintenance break for a month in order to reevaluate my next course of action in order to continue to keep growing my dick.
Prior to starting PE I was 5.75 long and 5 inches thick.
The first year of PE I added approximately an inch of length and 1/2 inch of girth for an ending size of 6.75x5.5. I was primarily manual stretching and jelqing during this time. I started hanging in the last month.
During year two I added another inch of length and .25 of girth and ended up 7.75x 5.75. I was hanging 75% of the time and jelqing 25% of the time for the entire year.
Going into year three I was still actively hanging and not doing much more. This resulted in an additional length increase of just under 1/2 inch and 1/2 inch more of girth maybe a little more at the base. My size at that point being 8+x6 give or take a hair.
So that takes us to the first of this year and DLD and others are ranting on about the A-Stretch, the bending controversy is simmering down and I’m looking to switch it up and keep growing.
I decided to test the waters and take a break from hanging which added some very nice size to my dick and try some alternative exercises in and effort to create some different stresses and jump start my growth.
The “new” program I came up with was pretty much the same as the one DLD was using at the time and consisted of the following.
AM early - DLD Blasters with A-Stretch 20-30 minutes.
AM mid morning - Bends (80 % erect) for 20-30 minutes.
Daytime( during work) Fowlers.
PM -Jelqing for 200-300 reps. These were super setted with Horse squeezes and bends each 30 seconds long at every 50th jelq.
I performed this routine approximately six days a week for two months.
One note worth mentioning I have since switched the A-stretch to the bundled A-Stretch.
While this program is fairly intense so is hanging 25 pounds for up to two hours each day. IMO the reason for the sucess is because I was able to find a program that created stresses at locations that I wasn’t hitting with my other programs. In the same light if I decided to go back to hanging on an aggressive basis I might experience similar gains as when i first started.
OK, so where are we here .
Then the first week of March DLD asked RWG over on the other PE board if he wanted to try some new not yet public techniques. I was all over it and PM’d Daddy that day saying I’m in.
This is where this post gets screwy because the three exercises he gave be to work on have been very positive in creating more growth. However because I’m in Guinea pig mode I can’t get into it other than to say they appear to have been effective in increasing more size. It has only been 30 days and I want to give it a couple more months before having a final opinion here.
I will say this, they all are for seasoned veterans, if your in your first year of PE use the available information I already provided here and all over the board. And remember if your growth is stagnant switch it up. That goes for everyone.
But also remember as the big cheese ( Thunder) told me along time ago,” zep, there are no magic penis pills out there.”
So here is the bottom line as of last night 4/01/03 ( this isn’t an April fools joke) my current size measured 9x6.25.
That is an increase of close to an inch in length and .25 girth since the first of the year. What makes it even more impressive to me is these dramatic gains has come after 2.5+ years of PE at a time when gains should be hard to come by.
So now I’m looking forward to 10 inch’s and 6.5 of girth… Did I just say that… hee hee.
One last sidebar on DLD and his insights. IMHO he has developed and it appears, provided the option for guys to grow their dicks like no one else besides maybe my good friend Bigger.
Without DLD’s input,dedication, and continuing efforts to advance the world of PE my gains would still be a dream. Thanks Daddy.
