What a “massive”, great history… I also am a part of the project to which you mention and can hardly wait to mirror your jaw dropping gains! Within two weeks of doing these things I gained 3/16 of an inch which for me is somewhere between surrealism and false! I’ve been doing hard-core PE since 1 June, 2002 with hardly anything for gains… In two weeks my head size grew so much I busted open my glans… I’m happy for you Zep but a little jealous LOL… Jeeze, I started out pretty good and people are passing me left and right… How often do you still pump?

Thanks for the good feedback. You know those magic penis pills work great.

IMO the reason why you had a little blood seepage was due to not squeezing ALL the blood out of your gland prior to hooking up the bundled A-Stretch. I know been there done that.

I pump maybe twice a week for say a total of one hour . Maybe two 20-30 minute sessions . Some times not at all other a little more. As I mentioned to A8 it was a rush to max out the tube for the first time.

Man,

The suspense on these new exerices is killing me. I have been plateaued for a year and a half. If possible without giving too much away what could I practice to get myself ready for these new exercises? Is it more of a squeeze method or a stretching method? Again if this gives too much away then I understand and can/will wait for DLD’s site, but damn you guys are gaining 1/4 inch in a week??!

All the info you need to transition is there I started growing again as soon as I started using the program I mentioned in my original post.

DLD Blasters and Bundled A-Stretches and a good jelqing program supplemented with Bends and Horses . You don’t need to wait for the new site to get things rolling trust me.

I got bad news. I did a trace route and I pinged that gain you got and it seems it’s my gain, so could you give it back. There was some kind of mix up with the phase generators and the warp coil on thunders linux server.
But he changed the plugs and adjusted the 780 Holley double pumper carb and it’s all good now. Sorry about the mix up Bro.

Hey Zep,

Thanks for the reply. I have been doing the DLDs and the DLD bundle A stretches. I might have gained 1/8 inch in flaccid stretch in 2 months of doing these. One thing that I think may be holding me back is paranoia. I really am scared to give all I have to these stretches because they really do feel so much more intense than the hanging and manual stretching I have done previously. I don’t want to screw something up down there. How hard are you guys pulling? I sometimes use the Bib starter to help me with these stretches and it would probably be easy to exert 40 lbs of pull while doing these. I have no way to to measure this of course but I would be scared to exert more than 50% of the the max pull I can manage. Maybe this is holding me back, but it is a hard thing to overcome not wanting to injure yourself. How much effort are you guys putting into this? Perhaps you just have to let yourself go and give it your all.

Sappy, I think a general fear is good. With any of the more advanced pe stuff the user should take his time getting into it. Understanding your limits is a process that YOU need to determine. You can always increase intensity over time but an injury may set you way back. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY BUT do not use this as an excuse to be lazy:) Always push yourself within safe levels.

I agree with this approach completely. I pushed I little more each session and before I realized it I was probably using 50% more force, pull, whatever you want to call it on the A-Stretches. This is the same with all my PE efforts.

Plan your program

Study the methods

Practice the techniques

Seek help as needed

Increase intensity as required

Listed to your body

I’m probably one of the most paranoid guys on this board when it comes to being fearful of injury. However having said that I was also hanging more than 30 pounds for extended sets last year. I always started very very slow and worked my way up to new limits.

As I mentioned earlier in almost three years I have been down for about a week due to pushing too hard.

DLD, Positive feedback and support are a good thing.
