Just wanna see how you guys do, does most do the 5 days on 2 days off, or do some do 1 day on, one day off. or something else??…

Would mostly like to hear from you guys thats been on it for some time and done some gains, wanna hear what works for you…but all are welcome with their thoughts and questions..

I do PE everyday but this doesn’t say it will be the best for you.

I, personally have no schedule. I do PE different times a week and different routines. It has never been consistent and the same week after week. But, I tell you, It has worked. I guess you can take it as a version of the Peter Dick Theory.

After doing 5 on 2 off for 5 months I recently changed to a bi-weekly schedule: I now do one week of 1 on 1 off with 10 min jelq in the morning and 15 min in the evening, coupled with ads through the day. The other week I do a 5 on 2 off stretches+light jelq program. So far it looks promising, a fuller flaccid and an erect gain of some 3 mm (or 0.11 inches) in 12 days. Here’s hoping it continues like that:)

I am very inconsistent. I know this. I will change this..

I tried Pe everyday too, and it worked well, but then it was my forst month and i was still learning and experimenting, now i am on my third month and i have put on much more intensity on the stretches adn i do about 15-20, so i chose the 1 day on 1 day off, because i just cant do 2 days in a row with this intensity. hopefully ill see some results soon and maybe i can do 2 day on and 1 day off.

3 days on, 1 day off

What I like about the day off is the flacid hang.

Yep.

My schedule is heavy week, light week. Heavy week is hang every day and AM and PM clamping/erect bends. Light week is hang 2 on, 1-2 off, clamp AM every day. I have reached the very slow/hard gain phase of PE were knowledge and commitment help eek out small gains.

I think you have a realistic goal. Good Luck.

I had a good schedule of PEing before, but not now :(


7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
