Remek and I have a theory. If proven right, the theory could help men focus their routines much more instead of just “guessing” what might be the best route to take.

Before we go into detail about the theory, we need to build some data to see if it holds any ground.

Please answer these 2 questions to help!

1. What’s your BPFSL (at it’s absolute maximum stretchiest point) AND your BPEL?

BPFSL is your Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretched Length (keyword stretched) - so it’s basically a measurement of as far as your penis can stretch. BPEL is your Bone Pressed Erect Length

2. What would you give the strength of your erections (without supplements) on a scale of 1 to 10?

Also, guys if you could please try not to pick numbers in between for your EQ. I know that sometimes it’s not quite 8 but better than 9
but that kind of makes it difficult to get an even cut off point given the way we are separating data.

Here is a basic chart. Try to pick an even number from the chart.

10 - Raging Rock Hard
09 - Very hard
08 - Hard
07 - Mostly Hard
06 - Somewhat Hard
05 - Semi Hard/ Semi Soft
04 - Somewhat Impotent
03 - Mostly Impotent
02 - Impotent
01 - Completely Impotent

1. Last I checked BPFSL was approx 6.5” BPEL 6.25”.

1. BPFSL 9+” ( gained 3” in 2 years, but I have a great feeling with stretching)
BPEL 8” ( gained about 2” in 2 years ).

2. I am not sure if my EQ has improved. Yes, I have morning wood, but I have no more a sexual life. I have very good erections during my girth training and my edging session using a minimal supplement ( one fifth of a 20 mg Cialis pill ) . I am 51 years old.

mark, on a scale from 1-10 how are your erections withot the Cialis?

Sincerely I don’t know.

Uhm… now I remember this summer on holiday. I take a week of rest from PE and I was in hotel. My sons were out so I pick the occasion to masturbate without Cialis. Good “session”.

However keep in mind that I use Cialis in very minimum amount. I take it the first day and I can do at least 2 heavy days of girth and edging.

Anyway the impression is that when I was 30-35 my EQ was better. In these last 15 years I have taken medications that weaken the erections. At the present I have stopped in part these medications.

I take ginseng, ginko, multi vitamin, cod liver oil and vitamin E.
