Your most effective/intense exercises.

Post your most effective and intense routines. Like the ones where you have done alot and seen nice overall gains. Like workouts where your not overdoing it, but your getting just the right amount. I don’t want to copy any of these, I just want to see what some advanced workouts look like(I’m new and am seeing a fair difference in my current routine now).

When I was a newbie, many many months ago. I made the mistake of thinking causing pain meant I was doing an intense workout. Then I went to the other extreme and tried to PE without any pain. There is a middle ground you have to find. When you jelq correctly there is a burning sensation. Coupled with a feeling of expansion, not in the veins but deep down in the tissue. The object isn’t to hurt yourself here. It is very much like working out any body part. You wouldn’t go into a gym for your first workout ever. And say to the 250 pound muscle man. Whats the hardest most intense workout I can do to my chest.

I didn’t say I was going to do the workout. I just want to see what advances and intense people do.

This is my girth routine done about 6 days per week:

AM: 15 minutes clamping, while doing Uli’s, squashes, and two handed squeezes as many as possible

PM: 40 minutes clamping, same as above. 20-30 minutes pumping afterwards, 5hg.

That’s about 1-1.5hrs girth work daily. It took about 8 months of clamping to condition myself for this type of workload. I think if a newbie were to try this he’d be experiencing some serious discoloration and maybe ED. The gains have been very good, went through a bout of bad discoloration, but haven’t had any problems recently, everything’s going perfect. I made sure to very gradually increase intensity and volume, and that’s kept me clear of any problems. I don’t think I will do any more work than this, this is my max. I will probably scale it down quite a bit once I get another .25” EG or so.

What are your stats now Juke?

7.75-8 BP X 6 midshaft. All that clamping has gotten me very good girth gains, something like 1” EG.

Juke, did you get head gains along with your girth gains or is the shaft bigger than the head?

Some head gains, not much. Most of the gains were lower down the shaft, I never jelq, I think that’s what I’m missing. Can’t get into though, clamping feels 10x more intense than jelqing.

I ve been doing this girth routine for about a month or 2 but it ´s been like 2 3 days since I stopped, I m giving the old winnie a good rest to recover.

It’s been kind of an uneven gain, 1” on the bottom half, .5” top half. I think all the squeezing at the base for the uli’s and such is the reason. Clamping advice, constant kegalling, try to edge right before doing a squeeze (like the “Supra Slammer” if you’ve heard of it), that will get you the perfect level of engorgement for the best squeeze I’ve found. Also I believe, though this is sort of tricky with PE, no pain no gain. If it doesn’t feel intense, it probably won’t do much. The tunica is designed to contain erections your whole life without allowing the penis to become disformed, so if you want to make big girth gains, I think you need to *slowly and gradually* step up intensity to overcome the strength of the tunica. Disclaimer: Be careful! People have seriously injured their dick before with PE!

Seems that way. Try it. Next time you do girth edge before the squeezes and see what happens..
