I was just thinking, don’t know if this sounds good or not..sorry if it doesn’t.

Say I do my routine (5 mins clamping, 5 mins jelqing, 3 times each), what if after a routine you put on an ADS? Not tight but still pulling so when your tool recovers, it recovers stretched so it stays stretched. Simple idea someone’s prob said it but let me know what you think…?

..or would fowfers after the routine be good and safe?

I think around 10,000 people have said that, but to each his own. That routine seems heavy though I would be concerned with over training.

As long as you get some complete rest days in every week, that should be fine.

I’ve been PE’ing for a little over 3 months now with a possible slight girth gain from 4.5”-4.7”.

If my routine looks too heavy, may I have a better example of what I should be doing? I want to hang soon as well, maybe instead of clamping. (p.s. I PE every other day)

Hrm for only 3 months I would say your routine is extremely heavy, but if your experiencing positive pi’s then go ahead

On the plus side, your goals seem very reasonable and attainable.

Starting and through the third month of my PE I was doing all manual exercises. I balanced it between Jelqing and Stretching. Started with 20 minutes a day and worked my way to 1 1/2 hours a day.
By the 5th or 6th month I went with a PeniMaster for my ADS.
On month 9, I switched to a Regular Bib Hanger.
All said and done. During the first 1 1/2 years of PE I went from 5 1/4” mid-shaft girth (forgot to measure my base girth) to 6” midshaft girth. My base girth now is 7”. I should have measured base when I first started but didn’t know to do this.
My BPEL went from 6” to 7 1/2” over that 1 1/2 year period. I owe at least 1 1/8” of length gains to manual PE and the extra base girth/length came from hanging weights up to 12.5 pounds.

I may have hit my limit because since then I’ve hung up to 22.5 pounds and clamped like crazy with no noticeable results.
These days I do a little pumping to make my member look fatter as I swing it from side to side in the locker room.
Either way it goes I’m pretty happy with the results.
In the past, women would say “You’re just perfect”. Or “You’re Big!”. Standard line eh? Of course they would cum and have a good time.

So you guys think 30mins of PE’ing is doing too much?

IMO, as long as you can maintain a good erection strength after a PE workout, and not have any damage like a busted vein, or too much fluild build up then your fine. If you erection strength becomes compromised because of PE then, back off some until your erection strength is spot on. Basically if you experience no injuries and you can maintain good erection strength, then you have no problem.
