Hey guys. I have been a member of Thundersplace for many years. Long ago I was known as 7-Up. 7” was my goal then. But I outgrew that name and changed to my present username of MagnumXL. During the years I introduced such techniques as the V-Stretch and its variations, putting a heating pad around a pump cylinder, and taking a month-long break from PE when a plateau has been reached so new growth can take place afterward (punctuated PE).

I stopped PE when I grew from 6.5” to 8.5” X 6.25 around, because I had reached my goal and because my spouse complained of pain when I hit her cervix.

Years later I have resumed some light jelqing and pumping to improve my EQ. But much to my surprise, after only 2 weeks of resuming PE, I find that I have gained another quarter inch. Well, now at 8.75”…..there is no way I can stop until I reach the 9” mark. This old dog relearned some old tricks, and is on the grow again. Just wanted to encourage some of you who have stopped PE to take it up again and see what happens. Meet you at 9 inches.

MagnumXL, did you do a maintenance routine when you stopped? Did you loose any of your gains from cell recycling?

Yeah, I did lose a fraction of an inch many months after stopping. But I still had 8 left so I was not concerned. Retained most of my growth all those years. For maintenance, about the only thing I did was to pump about once a month and occasionally stretch my dick out pretty hard after pissing.

Bro, I am dead serious when I say that I would trade dicks with you right now, if that were possible. You have a way above average unit, with good girth and a nice shape. But best of all you have a foreskin. God I wish i had not been circumcised.

Years ago I gained 1.25 inches in just a couple or three months. Probably had a tunica albuginea that had a broad elastic limit. So a little work made it stretch out fast. I think that is true because i had a floppy dick even when 100% stiff. Believe it was a result of a very elastic tunic. But after reaching that elastic limit with that first 1.25”, the remaining growth was very slow and incremental.

Routine back then

Big mug of water to soak dick and balls for 5 min……change water often. Heat is a key. Connective tissue becomes plastic at 110 degrees

V-stretch 5 min

Hot Mug- 5 min

Jelq….flaccid, downward toward feet to tear suspensory ligaments away from pubic bone and stretch tunic 300 slow lubed downward

Dick in pump tube heated with heating pad…20 min at 7 hg of pressure

After exiting pump tube, stretch dick out hard while applying a cold gel pack or packager of frozen peas to re-harden the connective tissue in the
elongated state. You want is hardened long rather than hardened short and curled up.

You know I hardly ever use heat, but I wear an ADS for several hours, 6+, throughout the day. My penis is pretty floppy when limp, but it gets really hard too. Actually, last night my dick was so hard I woke up in the middle of the night to this nice aching feeling….pretty nice. I have tried the heat pad on the pump. It really helps to pack the tube faster.

I stopped serious PE 6 months ago after 2 years and a half of intense exercise. I had good gains.

Currently I do for maintenance only 1 session a week of 40-60 minute of edging. Do you think is it sufficient?

Looking at your pictures, i was sure you had a retracted foreskin. In that case, I will just hang on to “Spike.”

I really think heat is a foundational key to optimal growth. And cooling down after workouts with your dick stretched out to its maximum.

Being awakened by tenacious wood is a treat……feels manly and virile.

I did multiple V-stretches and all its variations during that 5 minutes. Not a single 5-minute stretch.

Other than sheathing Spike in a latex tube (to keep it stretched out a while) for a couple of hours, or wearing a rather loose cock ring for hours, I have never used an ADS.

If you are not shrinking and you have good erection quality, you are doing all you need for maintenance.

Bet you will gain again when you start back with serious PE.

I was wondering bro have you ever hanged?I just wish to reach 7 inches if it’s possible,that’s my goal one day hopefully.
