Yoga For Better Performance/ED Issues

Iam going to start a very basic yoga routine. Increased blood flow, healthier mental state, correct posture, increased flexibility and also help with my back pain are the reasons why it sounds like a grand idea to me.

Anyone else do this? What are your thoughts? I believe yoga could really help with a large number of ED cases, let alone help with much more.
