Yoga For Better Performance/ED Issues

Iam going to start a very basic yoga routine. Increased blood flow, healthier mental state, correct posture, increased flexibility and also help with my back pain are the reasons why it sounds like a grand idea to me.

Anyone else do this? What are your thoughts? I believe yoga could really help with a large number of ED cases, let alone help with much more.

So I didn’t get any attention on this.

Interesting, because proper blood flow is the most crucial part to PE. I believe it is what needs to be addressed the most in order to gain.

With stretching (your body not your penis) you are creating an environment of much better blood flow, which means more nutrients being delivered, and a better functional muscle, tissue, organ or whatever it may be.

Not only that, but reduces inflammation and tension. This will affect your EQ on a mental level not only physically.

The best way to ensure success is to create as many possible solutions or circumnstances that will potentially lead to the opportunity of success.

Plus, who wouldn’t rather feel comfortable and physically happy, instead of tight, achy, sore, body full of inflammation and pain.

Start stretching men!

Good luck to you. I believe you will see good results with this. I can’t say much more, as I have only tried yoga a couple times. I know I need to make it a part of my routine, but changing the existing routine is always a bit trickier than it seems. Where to find the time?

Appreciate that Ray. I should have been a little more specific, it really doesn’t even necessarily have to be yoga. But any stretching at all is a start, and what I do is deep stretching (essentially yoga but not exactly). I have already been doing this for years, due to my back problems as well as being into fitness it’s importsnf for me.

But iam a firm believer it has helped me benefit a lot with my EQ. Iam very vascular, even in my hips area. I believe if you can get your core area (glutes, hips, lower back) as well as legs, nice and loose with a healthy blood flow, your EQ will jump tremendously. Your creating a superb blood flow environment.

I’ll take the risk of even saying some men may have ED simply due to improper blood flow and that some serious deep stretching and some minor diet changes could fix it all.

Inspiring Yoga

MHGC, in now way making light of your idea - yeah, I look around me in the West (and elsewhere now) - and see so many blokes +40 odd who would not have even seen their dicks in years with the guts hanging over them. The blood flow down there would be very restricted. Yoga:

Some fellas here talk about yoga where they can put their ankles right back to behind their heads and suck their own knobs. You reckon in 12 months that flexibility could be developed?? I would like to be able to self suck.

Target: An extra inch in length. No fancy car, just an extra inch in length.

I have always been curious about practicing yoga, but I could not define a good routine due to the great diversity of exercises.

What exercises do you do?

I’m just going to add that there are a ton of beginner yoga routines on YouTube.

That’s very good idea. Can’t say about yoga, but i heard stretch+hold position is very helpful for blood system. Basically you hold some pose for ~30 seconds and do next one. Even something simple like raised knee, twisted waist and so on. I suppose yoga is very similar to that, because as i know they also try different stretches and hold that for some time.

I also do yoga and bodybuilding. Yoga is for health mainly, I do it for that, I am sure it might have some impact on gains as well, but I do it for my general health and positive mind state in general.

I sometimes sit in yoga poses while I hang, even stretch and breathe the way they instruct us to, but usually with my lower weights..but I do that for fun mostly, I am sure I would be gaining without that performance

Interesting. I dont know how it will help with gains but i believe that yoga and breathing meditation can get sex to another level. With Breathing meditation someone can develop a strong awareness and feeling of precence, which if combined with consistent kegels training, it can skyrocket sexual performance. From lasting longer and higher EQ to increased pleasure.

I don’t claim to be an expert at sex, I just know what helped me personally to improve. I have done yoga and bodybuilding for 35 years.
Yoga/meditation has led to a variety of experiences for me.
1) It has allowed me to slow down before, during and after sex—to stop and pay attention when my penis was telling me to speed up the moment…
2) It allowed me to really connect my sexuality to my heart. Personally, for me, that’s the best sex and deserves the word “love” making.
3) I feel most integrated and light in my body when regularly doing yoga, I feel more like Gumby having sex vs a bull having sex. Though I like being a bull sometimes.

Weightlifting especially leg work—squats being number 1, always improved EQ. I think squats are super kegels. I remember decades ago a Mr Universe allowed a research doc to test a few things, One was that the doc somehow had checked Mr U’s sphincter muscle when tensed and he said it almost broke off his finger. It was attributed to squats.


Started 6.4" in the tube 2/18. Now 7.7" 11/1/18 in tube. 11/28/18 BPEL 7.55", BPFSL 8". Began extender 9/4/18, followed by pumping. Short term goal 8" in the tube.Long term goal. 8" x 6" outside of tube. Penimaster rods 11/6/18: UP: 2x.5cm, 2x2cm, 2x4cm, 2x8cm,2x6cm

I know that on the internet there are several routines, but that does not mean anything, there are also several bodybuilding routines and many videos about penis enlargement and how many of them really have relevance? Almost none.

There are a few relevant PE exercises as well, on porn sites.

And yoga for me has been the best after I’ve done numerous positions like “tree pose”; “downward facing dog”; I don’t remember all the names but I go through them like they tell you on Youtube and BRETHE. Inhaling/exhaling in the “yoga” way makes it worth it…if you wish to make a connection between them I guess you can on “your level”….
