Wrist wraps for flaccid size

I made my own wraps for night because I can’t get the magnetic wrap where I am. Here are some pictures. They are made from some spongy material I got from the 100 Yen store (dollar store). They used to be cheap MD player cases which I just cut up and transformed into girth wraps. I attached some elastic bands and Velcro. It works really great because I can get the exact thickness, tightness and shape I need. Also, because it has the elastic, nocturnal erections are no problem- it expands and then returns to normal. I just broke out the wife’s sewing machine and went to town. I also made a wrap for just keeping the penis elongated. It is the one with two elastic straps. “#1” is the first one I made. #4 is the last one on the right in the line. It is the latest one. It was not made square like the others but more in a slight cone shape to mimic the dimensions of my cock. I know they look like shit but no one is going to see them except me (not counting the surprise glory hole experience I had the other day)-I went into the stall, and this guy next door pulled out some rolled up toilet paper in the divider, exposing a big hole. He just sat there waiting for me to put my johnson through. (Either that or he was checking out my wrap! Go Thunders! )Sorry to disappoint him, but, NO WAY! Scary! I’ve been away from Thunder’s until about a week ago and I’ve researched many things, including wrist wraps. All evidence seems to point to them being completely without merit. I believe you have gained well in girth because of your routine and that the wrist wrap has made no difference. Perhaps the most telling evidence for most people is Wad’s thread on how a wrist wrap did nothing for him. Another point in favor of my view is that where you wrap (the base) has increased in proportion to the rest of the shaft. This is probably the most difficult fact to incorporate into a theory of why wrist wraps work. The last obvious point is that those who wrap have the same gains as those who don’t—you, Big Girtha, and a couple others have big girth gains and wrap, but many more wrappers don’t have good gains; and we all know of many non-wrappers who have had big gains, and thousands who haven’t. The proportion of big gainers to poor gainers seems the same in wrapping vs. Non-wrapping groups.

Your right in that it is difficult to prove whether it was my wrap or my routine that caused the gains. However I never said that it necessarily caused erect gains in of itself, but aided in gains made from PE. Regardless of whether it aids in erect gains or not, I think that it definitely aids in flaccid gains. One of Wad’s theories was that the less difference between your flaccid and erect the easier it is to make erect gains. (less elasticity.)

Now why did my base girth also increase when it was wrapped? Well some hangers have also found that they gained girth where their hanger attached and squeezed their shaft. Perhaps this squeezing effect also aids gains.

I know that the longer you expand the tissues of the penis the more likely they are to stay that way, that makes good sense to me. I found that the expansion I had after a PE session would be about a 1/4” above normal girth maybe more, now wearing the wrap for a few hours can get me to 1/2” or even 3/4” above normal. This shows me that there is definitely some stretching of tissues here.

Wrist wrappers vs non-wrist wrapper gains, sounds like a new poll to me. I do feel the wrap helps more with girth, so the poll would have to be about girth gains.

For what it’s worth, here is the Results of my Wrapping Experiment. Unfortunately, wrapping only gave me a temporary “fluffing,” which was all gone within 2-3 days after stopping. You can gain a “bigger” flaccid from wrapping, but to keep that larger flaccid you have to always wrap.

I’ve stopped regular PE for months at a time, and my losses were minimal. With velcro wrapping, only 2-3 days off and my losses were 100%.

The way I understood Wadzillas experiment, he only used the wrap and nothing else. That means the only forces that his tunica was subjected to were due to a locally slightly increased blood pressure. This was less than erection size, so I don’t understand how one could expect any gains at all.

To me, the purpose of wrapping is to keep the stretch / increased size after workouts, to allow initial healing in the longer / larger state.

I believe that velcro wrapping for a while after a PE session can help keep blood trapped in those worked tissues, which might be beneficial. Also, velcro wrapping for pumpers probably helps them to retain their post-tube size for much longer periods between pump sessions.

But I’ve concluded, after 400 hours of wrapping, that velcro wraps contribute to zero gains of true size - only water weight. I suspect that the only way to truly increase your flaccid size is to continue to make PE gains. In fact, my flaccid:erect gains have been virtually 1:1.

Mgus makes a good point, I will also add that Wad only wrapped for a period of 5-6 weeks according to his post. When I originally read up on wrapping nearly a year ago, I remember it being said that one needed to wrap for a good 5 months to notice permanent flaccid size gains.

I really don’t think my flaccid gains came from my PE routine alone, I am certain of the benefits of wrapping, it is just very difficult to “prove” just like many PE techniques. When someone does many different things for PE it becomes difficult to pin point what exactly gave the gains. So all I can do is say what I feel has been helpful in my PE career, and wrapping is one such gem.

One thing I will note is that when I have wrapped and not done any PE for a few days, the plump effect is not nearly as noticeable, and it does seem to be more fluid build up than expansion. But with the combination of my routine and the wrap, the expansion is most definitely from within the penis. I know the difference between lymph fluid and expanded blood chambers in my cock. If I have fluid build up, my PE session or a hot shower always seems to get rid of it. Measuring at these times will give you a better idea of what kind of expansion you are getting.

To me it only makes sense that keeping the penis tissues expanded will give optimal conditions for gains.
Will wrapping in itself give you gains? Probably not.
Will wrapping give you permanent flaccid gains in just weeks? Doubtful.
We are PEers, we know this stuff takes time, how could we say something doesn’t work after only doing it a few weeks? :confused:

If this is true, and I suspect that it is, it is yet another benefit of wearing a wrap.
In my year of PE most of which I have used the wrap, I have not gotten any discoloration even after all the work I have put into girth.
The mild fluid build-up from wrapping may just be a preventative agent vs discoloration from PE.

I agree that PE is a marathon, not a sprint; however, since I was brand new to wrapping, I don’t think it should require “5 months” to see gains. When I began PE, my EG increased 1/2” during my 1st month. Within 1/2 year, I had nailed an inch EL and roughly an inch EG.
I think 6 weeks should be enough time to evaluate the effectiveness (or lack thereof) of a new exercise. Nor, as I’ve said, should anybody lose 100% of their gains within 2-3 days of cessation from that exercise.

And as you’ve accurately observed, we tend to do so many different things that it really does become impossible to know *exactly* which exercises contributed to what percentage of gains. And while you’ve stated that you don’t believe that PE alone counted for all of your flaccid gains, I would say that your earlier observation holds true. I know that PE counted for all of my flaccid gains because I never wrapped prior to that experiment.

The jury may be out regarding wrapping in conjunction with regular PE - especially over a period of many months. But then, again, how could you determine if any of your flaccid gains came from wrapping and not simply PE?
