I was wondering about EQ during training.Does anyone think its safe to say that even if your PI’s aren’t the best. you penis will still gain.

You have to use you PIs as a guide.

If you see a decrease, then its an indication that you may be pushing too hard.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I guess that is the rule of thumb,, but I was thinking about how the body reacts to lifting wieg , the muscles grow to compinsate for the extra strain. ht

Recently i’ve added clamping into my routine and I’ve noticed more frequent erections, but my unit is sore. Now before I used to jelq heavily and didn’t gain too much, and i had less frequent erections and hardness of erections. So right now my EQ is better but my unit is still getting worked heavily, just in the right way that my EQ is better

These are some thoughts I have had on the topic recently. EQ has two perceptions on our senses, visual and physical ( feeling ). Do you agree to that? Our ability to rate is based on judgements of our senses.

I don’t agree at all with comparing PE to Lifting Weights, ever. In my journey through learning I no longer view the penis as similar to muscle groups. The tissues, nerve endings, function, and essence are too extremely different.

Agreeing with a-unit and adding to his point. The best possible PIs will be read while you have the best possible EQ.

If your accomplishments for PE are to achieve maximum efficacy then why would you want anything less than the best possible EQ? No you cannot produce gains from poor PI and bad results on your EQ. Also, it is easy, as a newbie, to misinterpret how good your EQ is. This is because newbies do not quite see the actual heights of 10/10 EQ, I personally believe. EQ should be something you are always trying to maximize.

As long as the frequency of erections increased purely on clamping that sounds great. If you are clamping more often, meaning performing more routines ( which you must have an erection for ) throughout the day, then these erections I wouldn’t count towards EQ. Any erections I have during a routine I do not consider into my EQ, because the routine itself is suppose to change the EQ.

The description of your routines and results have me wondering a few things. How are you certain that you weren’t overworking your penis during jelqing ( too much force, yada yada. ) and producing those poor qualities. Then as you switched to clamping the routine changed the results because you decreased the output potential , you weren’t beating your dick up…

It sounds like you are finding out the levels of your EQ, what would be some of the qualities you noticed that are indicating this increase for you?

Actually, clamping is traditionally considered an extreme exercise, but I’m starting to wonder if the jelq isn’t a stronger stimulus than clamping (expecially when you are jelqing in the wrong way).

This is something I have been pondering as well. Because jelqing involves movement…

I gave up jelqing a few month ago and haven’t looked back. Clamping is much better for my EQ…Probably because I was jelqing wrong, but oh well

I just thought that the body part being stressed would grow “in self defense”, despite the fact that there is very little muscle involved.
