Working out while sore ok?

Working out while sore ok?

I am doing a 5 on 2 off routine stretching in the morning and jelqing at night. Well this monday I added in a little hanging using a 2.5lb ankle/wrist weight for 3 20min sessions. Yesterday and today i had alot of soreness (good soreness), not hurting or anything. I would think that it would be beneficial if i continue with my stretching even though i am sore to keep everything really strecthed out. What do you guys think?

Well soreness is a sign of cell damage and continued aggravation can lead to injury. So caution should be used when continuing your workout while recovering. You can do scaled down workouts if you feel the need to continue, or just a day off might work better!
