Working Out and P.E.'ing. Does it help or hinder

I barely do any exercises at all, and am naturally thin. I once measured my body fat, and it came out to something like 7 or 8%. My friends were making fun of me, saying that is unhealthy low lol.

I’m thinking of starting a workout simply to get a larger muscle mass, hopefully actually gain some weight, as well as blood volume.

7 to 8% body fat is almost unhealthily low. If that was your body fat, you would definitely have a 6-pack. Pro bodybuilders get down to about 5% in competition. Squats and deadlifts are some of the best exercises for larger muscle mass. To increase blood volume, do cardio training.

I have been doing PE for 2 years and working out consistently for even longer. I have some gains. Almost all of my PE sessions took place after my work outs at the gym.

I always thought this too but I tried looking for some hard facts or studies about testosterone and penis hypertrophy but didn’t find any. Do you have any sources?

I have 8% BF and I still have a mini gut. I can see my 6-pack but it’s not that good. I want to cut down to 6% BF before I bulk again.

Some guys do. A friend of mine competed and he always had a mini gut until about 6%. He never saw his full six pack until about 4%. He just naturally carries a lot of fat in his lower belly.

I can see my six pack at 12%, most people, with the proper exercise, can see it at around 10%.

A full six pack? Then you’re very lucky. Most people cannot see their six pack until they get into single digits. You may be overestimating your body fat. I can see my abs somewhere around 12% but I can’t see the bottom two until single digits. And I have very strong and developed abs from all the kettlebell/core work I do.

I’m interested in seeing who has done a lot of heavy lifting along with PE and still gotten good gains. I also would like to know if people wear their ADS in the gym. Maybe someone can make a poll. I would but I don’t think I have enough posts to do it.

In my case, I have been doing PE for a few years off and on, never gained much length at all. But after I stopped going to the gym because of a minor back injury, I have gained around 1/4 inch in BPEL in 2 1/2 months. I also started wearing an ADS though, so that might be the reason for the gains. Not sure. I was thinking that maybe the body uses it’s nutrients to build muscle instead of penis when you are working out a lot.

I think general health will improve erections, but I do wonder if being in good health actually hinders gains rather than facilitate them - hear me out.

The size of your penis is determined by your genetics, and it is considered ‘right’ by your body; in PE, we try to injure ourselves enough to the point where it is maladaptive for our penis to remain the same size. For someone in good health, wouldn’t it make sense that their body would repair itself quicker than one who’s body was in bad health? Wouldn’t that mean the body would not reach that point where it was maladaptive for the penis to remain the same size, because the body is always able to repair it?

I’m on the fence on this issue. I would advise everyone to work out though, regardless of PE.

If the penis grew by producing scar tissue, as was once widely believed (and still is by some, but not me), you would want fast repair so that you could get on with another session of injuring your penis to produce more. If the penis grows by hyperplasia, you would want to recover quickly and grow new cells as fast as possible so that you could create further stress which needs to be adapted to by continuing hyperplasia.

Working out improves the health of the circulatory system and is therefore good for erections, brings nutrient and oxygen laden blood to the tissues for faster repair, improves your stamina when having sexual intercourse, reduces your fat pad, and improves your body and thus potential for getting laid!

The testosterone increasing effects of exercise are irrelevant to PE as the receptor cells are turned off after puberty. If test levels had an effect, anabolic abusing bodybuilders would not fit in their posing pouches!


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Working out produce overall increased bloodflow and better oxygen uptake. Along with increased feelings of well being, increased test and hGH levels, etc.

Those who work out seriously will noticed more engorged erections and better flaccid hang all alone.

The other thing, is if you are FAT. IE: have a 1” fat pad or worse, you got some hidden length under there.

Seems like all the lean guys have a .40-.50” fat pad, not sure what serious body builders and sprinters have, but can’t imagine can go below .250” for a fat pad.

Theres been people on this forum posting with 1.5” to 2.0” and even worse of fat pad. Imagine getting those down to .50” on the fat pad.

I find it actually helps me. Also when you lifts weights and workout you release much needed hormones for growth.

I first found out about PE when i just hit off season in my bodybuilding this year. When it was time to bulk up again. During my bulk phase I lift very heavy weights (8-12 rep range). I do hypertrophy training three consecutive days then core strength training on the fourth day. Then repeat the process. Not to mention the fact that I eat massive to get massive.

Since I first began PE a bit under 4 months ago I have gained a tad over 3/4” in length and 1/4” in girth.
My training may have something to do with my great gains thus far. The hypertrophy training really gets the testosterone flowing through the body. Although I am eating massive the calories that I eat are extremely clean. Just about all of my carbohydrates come from oatmeal and steamed rice. A very high percentage of my fats come from flax and fish oils.
During the bulk cycle I load a rediculous amount of calories. Generally about 5000. This always keeps my body in a state where it wants to grow. Hey, if any of this growth goes into my penis than I ain’t going to complain.
