work on length or girth?


wow thats patience Kevinj. Just out of curiousity, how many reps do you do? does dry jelqing also work on length?

Air Al, this may help. Do not grip all the way at the base, grip it a lil away from it, grip lightly and go towards the base, then squeeze and do your jelq.

justinkibitz, I heard that the more slowly you jelq, the better it is for girth. I do not always go that slowly. I tried dry jelqing only and didn’t gain any length, but maybe I sould have given it more time, I dunno.

how did you gain length?

I’ve had the same problem of deciding whether to emphasize length or girth. I started about 5.8 x 4.5 and did wet jelks and stretching for about 3 months without much improvement, maybe a little length gain.

Then I took a 4 month break and started PE again. This time I incorporated horses and ulis. I also tried new stretches like DLD Blasters and JAI. My girth went up to about 4.66 (I attribute this to horses alone) and I think my length went up to about 6 inches.

I then made a bib and began hanging on a regular basis (for about 1 1/2 months). I was doubtful that hanging actually helped girth, so I continued to do girth exercises, but to a lesser extent. I ended up gaining some length—I went to 6.3, but unfortunately lost my girth gains! I know this is rare; most people say that hanging helps girth, mainly at the base,(although not that much) . I don’t know why I lost my girth, maybe because my former girth gains weren’t permanent enough, or maybe initially hanging indeed lessons girth. Or perhaps it depends on what your starting girth is…. I’ve often thought that guys with more starting girth have more to work with and thus have better PE results, but of course I’m not sure about that.

When I reached 6.3 x 4.5 I stopped hanging because to me girth was more important than length—I was about average with length but still under average with girth. Also I’ve heard in the grand scheme of things girth is more important. Now I’m exclusively doing girth exercises—horses and ulis with a few wet jelks in between, but mainly just to restore circulation. I’ve been doing this for a few weeks but have had to take a short break due to blister type things. Man those piss me off. I’ll start up again in about 5 days. I haven’t yet taken a girth measurement, but I’ll let you know when I do. Like some of the previous posts, I think I will continue with exclusive girth until I reach 5” and then work on both length and girth again.

I’ve also seriously considered pumping because I think the expected results are pretty similar to what I’m seeking right now. Let me know what you think.
