I had the opportunity to test it as I was relatively often having sex and using cock-ring at the same time. But I was not smart enough to take any pre-/post-measurements.

Although, as my stats remain the same, I could state that a 15 minutes penetration intercourse twice a week during a bit less than 2 months didn’t provide me girth gains (or cemented gains).

I would say the more your cock is in an expanded state that is larger than your normal size, the better.

I don’t use a cock ring during intercourse because I don’t like having to monitor things and remove it every twenty minutes.
