Will I Ever Get Girth Please Help

Over the last six months I have been experimenting with jelqing at various erection levels, uli’s, girth blasters and recently O’bends. As of yet I have achieved nothing in the girth department. I have achieved a small amount of length, probably from ligament stretching. Before exercising I dedicate 10 mins to warming up and 15 mins to stretching. I usually PE for about 45 mins after this. I PE 2 days on and 1 off.

At the moment I am experimenting and trying to find a method that works for me. I am currently focusing on Obends, experimenting with increasing the time I hold each bend for (2 mins currently) and the pressure (I am using a tight elastic band at base). I have been doing this for just over a week and feel a good stretch, but as of yet no gains. I also get red spots on my glan and top of shaft at end of a session. Should I take the red spots as a sign that I am doing something right?

The only reason to achieving no girth gains must be due to the fact that I have very tight tissue structures or something like that.

Any other things that it could be?

Another reason I thought of, is it could be something to do with the way my penis regularly shrivels up and goes extremely thin. Maybe this is un-doing all of the stretching of the cells. Any thoughts on that??

Also, has anyone else also been in the same position as me currently, and found out that time and pressure was the key to there gains??

The obends should help with girth, just play around with your penis till you see a good girth,then concentrate on those exercises.

The red spots should be a sign that you are coming close to hurting yourself.

Red = STOP.. For awhile anyways.

Red spots are not a sign of anything, they are popped capillaries. This seemingly new phenomenon happens when you dramatically increase pressure or take days off and start back up with full intensity to early. A simple warming up of the tissues will reduce this, if it is such a concern.

As said earlier in other threads, red spots are rather harmless. Some exercises always gives me lots of red spots without any ohter harm. Especially bundled stretches and high erection jelqing are very good at producing red spots.

How much expansion do you measure after a session?

You all may say that red spots are harmless, and you may be correct. But IMHO, they are a sign that you are over working. They may be harmless but they are warning you of potential for injury. That coupled with the fact that you regularly “shrivel up and go extremly thin” would send up red flags for me. Again, I am not disagreeing with the fact that the red spots themselves are harmless, but they are definitely not something desirable.

On the girth front I have two words for you “clam ping”. All my gains started after I began clamping. Ease into it becuase it is intense, but it is extremely effective (for me anyway).

After a session of jelqing or obends I usually measure about 2-4mm girthier. I do have an extremely large vein on my top shaft that blows up like a balloon after a session, which probably accounts for most of this.

Roid be careful, don’t hold the bend for 2 minutes either. Your most likely loosing the erection level after the first 30 seconds. And there you sit cutting off the circulation for another minute and a half. Hold the bend for 10 seconds, make another bend in a different place hold for 10 seconds.

Also start you session with jelqing, then do the bends after a good jelq session.

I do realise that they are a sign of over working, but then again they are a sign that I am working enough, would you agree? Also, I shrivelled up and went extremely thin even before I started PE, I have no idea why this would be.

I tried clamping a while back. I wasn’t a big fan, but what I have started doing is using an elastic band instead. I find it a lot more comfortable and I can also take it lower than a clamp because it doesn’t clash with my testicles. I plan to start wearing a band several hours a day and see if I get anything. What do you think?

Thanks for the advice. I use a very tight elastic band to try and maintain erection level. Do you think more stress on the cells is the best way to go for me? If so, how else could I create this stress?

I don’t know if you read what MrO said but he reposted “the months and months of Jelq’s allowed available tissue to be stretched quickly.” Praise Goodeye3200

He is attributing jelqing and bending for the results he got. I still jelq with my routine. I use the c grip method for the most part.

It is consistent with something I said on the obend thread. The basic concept of girth wk is to maximize pressure with expansion. I don’t think your objective should be try to see how much damage you can do and it still work. If thats the case maybe just pound it with a hammer. That should do allot of cellular damage.

I have jelqed for 6 months previously. I’m just trying to figure out what I am doing wrong, I know for a fact I am not overworking so I must be underworking.
