I did some reading of other posts and there seems to be a mixed view regarding limiting growth, but I am grateful to be away from the porn.

I have been on a porn hiatus for two weeks and frankly don`t miss it at all, in fact now I think back to my addiction and wonder how I was so caught up in it.

That seems to be an old wives tale. CLearly, excessive masturbation would leave one less inclined to want to do PE…thus restricting growth.

True, but I needed a good reason to get off the pron.

I have decided to return to my original stretcher, which is clamped just below the glans and you-bolted behind the balls.

The reason for is that after measurement yesterday I found an 1/8” loss in erect length.

Now, this may have been a measurement error, as I find it difficult occasionally to maintain an erection while measuring, but I felt the erect measurement yesterday was substantial..

I have always felt that my initial gains have come mostly from ligament stretching, and so after a month of little or no ligament stretch while focusing on the tunica, I am ready to return to what got me my gains in the first place.

I will continue to update this thread as I make the comparison.

I noticed and was reminded of the fact that heat is extremely important when stretching.

I finished my mechanical stretch session and then did some manual stretches and bends, and found that I was able to stretch and bend much more easily than when I had been doing them cold.

I sit in the bath when I use the mechanical stretcher and half an hour of hot water really warms the dick up for subsequent stretches, not to mention that the flaccid stretch has already been lengthened with the stretcher.

Got a scare over the week-end. Went to measure as I woke with a terrific erection, but couldn`t find my regular little tape, and so used a kids ruler, and found I was only 6 5/8” long bone pressed!

After about two hours of anxiety I suddenly realised that the ruler I used had a 3/8” space at each end before the measurement part began.

Jeez, what a scare.

So here`s the simple rule; use the same ruler every time you measure.

I discovered that the shrink wrap I use for an ADS is really good as a wrap for the stretcher as well.

I just finished half an hour in the bath using the wrap and it hasn`t slipped at all, and it`s way easier to attach than the rubber strip that I was using before.

Shrink wrap eh? What is it? A plastic wrap?


Now: NBPEL = 6.4 MSEG = 5.3 BEG = 5.75

Goals: NBPEL = 7.0 MSEG = 6.0

It is a wrap for foods and so on that comes in a roll.

The regular kind comes in a longer roll that can be used similarly to my 4” roll by tearing off a 4” strip from the longer roll and winding it around your dick after your workout. You will need to apply a little tension to the wrap as you wind it so that it won`t slip off while you are moving around.

I do everything wearing the wrap including riding my bike, and I never get discomfort while I`m wearing it, in fact you forget you are wearing it mostly.

Cool A Unit I have been using the Saran Wrap about 5 to 6 inches wide and ten inches long seems to work well.

I started doing cervix hunter’s ruler stretches they seem to work well.

I am gonna give that a try for a month or more. If I don’t gain any than I will

need one of your homeade stretchers like the origional one.

How long should the the two hand stretch be maintained for safe effectiveness? Does one do sets?

Are congratulations in order? A ways back you wrote that the last 1/8 inch to 7 inches was agonizingly illusive or something like that. Now you measure 6 5/8 on a ruler with a 3/8 margin. That makes 7 inches!!!!

I do two handed stretches in a variety of ways from straight out pulls to fulcrum bends using the thumb and index finger of the hand closest to the head of my penis as the fulcrum, and I generally apply force for a few minutes at a time and change hands and grip positions.

I only do these stretches after my mechanic stretching routine in the bath, as the penis is then warm and stretched and ready to be bent into odd shapes and positions with little or no discomfort. I tried doing these stretches cold, but found it too difficult to grip enough shaft for long enough to feel I was accomplishing anything.

It is odd that I hadn`t noticed the math in my post, and I`ve made a pact not to re-measure until december when I will celebrate my 1st year of PE, so I will hold off on making claim to seven inches yet!

But thanks for pointing that out though.

Marshall, I`m glad you are trying the saran wrap, it allows the penis to stay lengthened away from turtling while exercising and feels great while walking about.

Whether it contributes to length gains is uncertain, but it can`t hurt, as I believe every little bit helps over time.
