I have been doing PE steady for about eight months and have noticed some decent girth gains. I have been clamping for about a month in conjunction with erect bends and am most encouraged. My width has increased, but I especial desire to expedite width gains? Suggestions? I am going to try “a rolling pin” when clamped as I heard this works. Thoughts?


Damn, it sounds a little radical for only 8 months of experience and conditioning, be careful. That is my thought.


If your current routine with clamps is working, there’s no urgent need to change things. Keep with the current routine as long as it’s working.
