Widening the penis

Been doing a little bit of reading around trying to find some threads on widening the penis. The only exercises I’ve really seen so far are “V Jelqs” which I THINK I understand the concept but wouldn’t swear by it or teach it.

I read another member swore the V-Stretches widened him out too. I could see this since the CC is stretched over the wrist or arm to the point of being flat and exerting horizontal pressures across it while doing so..

I’ve also read about palm presses but haven’t really talked to anyone or seen anyone who swore they worked..

Of course with girth gains will come extra width, but I’d like just a little extra focus on it if possible. I love my penis but it is very cylindrical. Enough that I think it effects my appearance. If it were just a little flatter while looking at it I’d look much bigger to the girl across the room, or even me looking down on it.

Straight up widening the penis theory is not oft spoken on, as changing your natural shape is trickier than simple girth gains. I myself have a cylinder penis. I would prefer an oval shape however I have found no good means that I’m comfortable with trying.

A member here uses a cock ring and his palm on a waist high hard surface to do palm presses. I can’t recall where he detailed it. Another member or two have used rolling pins. Not something I’d ever recommend.

A method I heard tell of and attempted (and failed because I lack the grip strength and the threaded screws wouldn’t cooperate) is the “Red Zulu Crusher” or some such. This is a technique found on Mattersofsize forums and relies on two hard, flat surfaces being compressed evenly onto the top and bottom of the erect penis shaft using powerful spring clamps. I don’t know what a set is or the danger levels. Only that it is fabled that Shane Diesel used this method to create the girth profile of his incredibly thick penis.

Those are the only means I have run across and I personally wouldn’t try any of them, despite a real desire to get wider. As I fully agree with your visual assertion about what width looks like.

Either way, I started doing a new exercise that might have some promise in flattening out the penis. I wanted to start doing fulcrum stretches due to the stretching for girth theory floating around right now. But, basically, I have a towel rack that is about perfect height and pretty small diameter (maybe 5/8”). I stretch over that at about 30% erection and move back and forth from base to tip using my hips for about 50 reps (to start) If you lift up on your forward stroke at the very end as you get to the base, it is easy to kegal just a little bit of blood back in to keep it around 30% erection. There is surprisingly good jelq type action that targets the sides while keeping it flat over the cylinde, but with the cylinder being on the bottom side of your penis and a fairly low erection level you don’t have to worry about nerve damage by smashing the top of your dick like you would with a rolling pin.

I see why you’re concerned with the horizontal width - more of a visual appeal - but functionally, anatomy seems to say that vertical girth is better.

The g-spot (as well as the deeper anterior/posterior fornix) of the vagina rest along the top walls of the vagina, so more vertical girth may actually be more pleasurable for women. The rectum rests at the bottom of the walls as well which would in theory be stimulated by more vertical girth.

I’m not going to try to discourage you, if you’re really into aesthetics that’s a sound reason to try. but “flattening out” your penis not only sounds like it would be a futile or at the most a very tedious, draining effort, but it might not be beneficial in functional ways. I think training for overall girth would give you width in both areas and might be a more effective use of your time. Just wanted to throw this out there to give you something to chew on when deciding to spend time on PE.

And this brings me to one of my less proud PE moments. TG mentioned the crusher earlier and I can say for a fact that it works but not to do it. Early in my PE career I tried techniques that were far to advanced for me at the time, among these was the crusher. I was desperate for girth as I was long but narrow and saw this on another forum. I spent weeks clamping and then taking two pieces of 1x6 and “crushing” me penis with wood clamps. I would do several 5 minute sets of this and saw great results right up until my penis stopped working hardly at all. This lead to a year long break from PE to recover. Don’t do it.

Seems like most people just stick with girth in general. There aren’t very many threads about widening specifically. So if I try would be only a lightly explored territory with not a mass of knowledge backing it like says pumping or clamping which have an enormous following with lots of well informed participants guides and mentors.
