Alright, I confess!
I have been lurking since about 16 months. PE’d for about 3 months including pay-pills(yes, didn’t listen to 95% of the people here, turns out they were right), noticed a big improvement in hardness of erection, sex-drive as well as some small gains, though they remained really small. I blame myself for that, I did mostly 2days on 1 off, with a way too long routine for a beginner (around 40 mins, wet jelq + some manual clamping + kegel). Also the jelqs were at a too high erection level, which left me with pain the next day. After the kick-off benefits this lead too less hard erections as well as a loss in confidence. So I stopped around a year ago now, forgetting about PE. Now, with enough free time and lots of good things happening in my life, I stumbled across Thunder’s Place again, reading for about 2 weeks, now decided to hit it again, this time the right way. Will post about routine and some other things I’ve thought about soon ;)
