Why the Hell Isn't PE Not Working for Me???

FRUSTRATED.

I started the newbie routine last week after a long break from PE (like 2 years).

I had had a injury which was causing the tissue to be hard and turtle. I think I staved that off recently with Fish Oil of all things.

Now that I’ve started again, my penis which was hanging nicely and getting rock solid hard and big during masturbation, is turtling more and it feels like doing fowfers have only squashed my penis and flattened the underside girth.

Am I doing something wrong here, or maybe PE just isn’t for me?

I think kingpole would say, “try laying down fowfers between your legs”.

I never pay too much attention to turtling after a PE session, I think that’s kind of normal (although I do try to keep it stretched out for awhile). I pay attention to my flaccid hang the next morning. If it’s huge, then I figure I did something right with my workout. Are your erections still fine?

Isn’t that a double negative in the title of this post?

Hey bro, I found that if you actually go with light intensity and longer pulls, your unit seems to soften up a little bit.

^ My erections are fine, yes, but it feels like from whatever I’m doing (either stretching, jelqing, or fowfering) that the underside of my penis has flattened.

I tried fowfers before and didn’t like them, I decided to give them a try again and still don’t. And I hate fowfering when you’re trying to sleep; it kills your relaxation, you have to worry about retucking and stuff and it’s just an uncomfortable position.

My hang was doing great before I tried PE last week, now it’s turtling.

I don’t know how to do any lighter than I am.

If I don’t full on the stretches like I am, I won’t get a nice full stretch. I’m only jelqing at 50% or less.

And I’ve cut my masturbation in half.

Anyway, do you use warm ups?

I find that if apply heat to your unit periodically throughout the workout, your unit will stay softer, and it seems to help increase sensitivity.

Yes I try to overdo warming up and down if anything.

I just jerked off. Had a very good erection, but my softy now isn’t the greatest (not bad, but not great, has a tiny bit of stiffness).

Flaccid are fleeting! Go for a longer warm up! Jelq like you are jelqing an egg and you don’t want to break the shell.

If you have trouble keeping a 50% just kegel blood into it.

Instead of fowfers try JAI stretches.

After a workout if you turtle just shake I out.

I’ll try to really cut down on the stretches, but I thought you really supposed to feel the stretch. I’m really trying to adhere to the newbie routine this time, but they seem to be excasterbating the problem, not improving it.

Cut out the stretches and masterbation completely. Jelq my friend. Jelq like the wind! Wet jelqs preferably. If you do as I say your penis will grow. Be consistent and remember no NUT BUSTING!

I recommend JAI”s because you are suppose to be careful with them. Remember if it hurts it ain’t working. Maybe a modified newbie routine is best for now. Say five minutes of Light stretching, just enough to feel a little tension. Followed by 25 very slow jelqs. And relax while you after doing it, if your tensed up you ruin the session.

I Disagree about the masturbation, SD. It’s healthy to do it at least once a week to clear out your system. There’s nothing wrong with stretches either, but it sounds like he might have been doing them too hard.
