Why not stretch every day?

Thanks Ruz ! I have a lot of “palpating” to do.

Although I am no longer motivated to do it any more because I am pleased with my size I am positive I could still get a lot more length out of it and I think anyone could. I believe ADS is the almighty length gainer, people just don’t put in the effort or hours, hence the reason we have all these newbs whining about no gains. Look at westsidetoni’s thread for one amazing example.

Your routine has variety, your shocking your penis to grow. It is not bored from doing the same ol’ same ol’. I do bed fowfers al night sometimes. Wake up with a 7” hang. I also jelq and ballooning is included. My dick does not get bored. Rest days are important for growth this is when the dick grows.

Even in the IPR you may hang for 7 days straight but the next week it is allowed to rest.

If I do bicep curls for the next six months with the same x weight, you are right the muscle won’t grow (once it has accommodated the weight), but it will stabalise to that weight. So my bicep would be bigger than someone who doesn’t do the exercise or related exercise, for example.

However, effectively responding to stimuli I believe is the issue. What we are saying is you have to judge the fatigue placed on the penis and ensure that does increase in a controlled manner to continue gains. E.G. Starting with 5 minute stretching will fatigue the penis initially during PE, but after a month or whatever this has to increase because the penis conditions to the stress.

What we are trying to do is fatigue the penis, then let it recover. While fatigue is good, pain is bad and indicates over training.

Rest days are generally advised, however, some of the best gainers like Bib would argue that point, wouldn’t they?

Physiologically I see no reason why during PE you cannot keep you penis and related anatomy in a constant state of fatigue. However, what that does do is run the risk of moving into over training and risking injury. But if you can achieve the balance, then that must be the best and quickest method to gains. But everyone has to do a gains vs risk analysis based on what they feel.

So some do 2 on 1 off, some do 6 on 1 off, some hang 7 days per week, it all depends on your approach I guess. However, gains are not related to hours spent, rather effective fatigue.

I.e. Hanging 1 lbs per day for 7 days a week 5 hours a day won’t be wise as compared hanging 15 lbs for 30 minutes 3 on, 1 off. The duration of what you do has to be matched to the stress your routine is applying.

Yeah but you will increase the weight you are lifting. This provokes new stimuli to your bicep and it will start growing again. One who hangs eventually adds more weight. This small implementing provokes change so your dick does not get bored.
I also agree with your post.

Even a boring routine is better than no routine.

Sometimes more PE is better some times less is better.

Kingpole, I could always increase the duration I.e. Number of reps at the same weight to provide the muscle with more fatigue.

You don’t just have to increase intensity I.e. The amount of weight.

I’m not actually sure what gives better muscle build, just increasing weights or increasing weight and reps in a staggered manner.

Hmmm
Another million dollar question.

Stretching gains are the result of traction (tractile forces externally invoked).
Why not stretch everyday?
Whether you’re doing JAI stretches - or any type of stretching - the more traction, the more gains.

This is the same principle that those extenders work on.

Unlike impaction exercises (jelqs, holds, ulis, etc), I don’t believe you can “overtrain” from stretching.

I’ve noticed in the past that the more I stretched, the more I’ve gained. And I’ve never seen anything - convincing or otherwise - that would cause me to change my mind on this point.

Really perhaps I’m wrong on this one, I’ll give it a try I’m going to do fowfers everyday.
In fact I’m doing them right now.

Yes, but the more stretching, the more the risk of injury.

I believe it is an issue of balance in terms of duration and intensity.

You may stretch for 1 hour at varying levels of intensity, another guy may stretch at the consistent correct level of intensity for him for 30 minutes and see better gains.

Work smarter, not harder, obviously beyond but up to a point.
