Why is pe only in the underground

Not all of us have had gains

And if you actually blurt out that “hey, mine was always kinda big”, I guess that’s asking to be labelled.

I’m usually not backing out of controversy if I like my position, and the sultans of hung know I could go on about PE but officially I’m as clueless as anybody. A fair share of time and effort is invested only to make the stealth mode run smoothly, but I’ve decided I really can do without being slapped the official dickhead of the decade label.

*At face value, advanced PE looks dangerous to the consumer, especially clamping and hanging, so they may show reluctance because of permanant injury (then again, if that scares them, surgery would too)
*Quite a large number of articles supposedly proves the PE methods are a crock and unfortunately, not possible.or worse yet, might exaggerate the negatives and injuries of it, which will make the public further reluctant to try it
*We’re basically seen as crazy, dick obsessed people by the public. Somethingawful even ridiculed this website from our obsession..

1. This is true but also many methods are true and not fake (assumption that we are right and pe really works). The doctors could evaluate which exercises are good and which not.

2. It wouldn’t look dangerous anymore if the doctors would give their ok and would confirm that pe is working. It only looks strange because pe is only done in the Internet.

3.If quite large number of article would state what you are saying, this would mean:
A) The doctors in the western world are stupid, that’s the reason why they think it’s not possible.

B) The doctors make false statements to keep pe secret

4. Why do you think we are seeing as crazy? I feel the “underground movement” thing coming out of your mouth right now.

More guys would do pe if the majority of the doctors would confirm that pe is working. A lot of man would train their penis at least 1 hour then, if not spend a lot of more time with pe.

I do not know if you are always paying attention to this forum, but a 2 inch gain is very rare.

Because a normal-sized penis is not a medical disorder. Some people do use their medical degrees to do things other than treat disorders (e.g., cosmetic surgeons), but most docs aren’t interested in fixing things that aren’t broken.

This might be good argument. So in your words, if the majority of the doctors would pay attention to pe, there would be major breakthroughs in pe and it would be become more popular.
But I still see no reason why doctors say that pe is not possible when it’s really working. There would be a lot of money in this business, you can not deny it.

But it doesn’t explain why the western world (doctors, medicines industry) doesn’t know of it. There is so much money in this business. The decadent western society would spend so much money on pe if the majority would know that pe is working. I do not see any reason why pe is “underground” when it’s really working.

I know about it yet I stopped because I am lazy.

I don’t have the passion for it at the moment.

I'm surprised that Americans can't go because their government says they can't!

The skepticism has to be overcome. This will take time. Once again, PE is very, very new to the modern west.

But you are right, this thing is a cash cow. People will continue to try to cash in, and, eventually, a larger company with some clout will get involved. That’s when PE will really come out of the closet.

But sexuality has always been a topic that we’ve been afraid to deal with. The whole notion of penis size is especially taboo. Most men just want this subject to go away. There’s a lot to overcome. But it will happen, and it is (slowly) happening already.

Truthfully, I was referring more to thosde penis growth pills that often get spammed on the internet, not the techniques listed here. Although I do remember hangers being given the thumbs down, because it could cause permanent damage. From what I learned here, you can hang safely as long as you don’t do too much, too fast.

Does it matter if PE is underground or not? Personally, I feel this society is way too Puritanical to ever allow open talk of genitalia, let alone how to touch them and make them bigger. Outside of this forum, when was the last time you talked to another man about your unit? Puritanism is deeply ingrained in all of us.

I find it very hard to believe anything approaching a conspiracy to keep PE underground by the established medical industry. It is just way too small of an issue. There is no money in it on one hand, and on the other, unless you have micro penis, PE is personal not medical.

I was dreaming when I thought it couldn't done, but now I know I have work to do.

There isn’t much money in Natural [read ‘Manual’] PE in an organized fashion that would interest the medical/ pharmaceutical combine- it isn’t patentable.*

Fitness took decades to be other than scoffed at by the medical community- and they make their money now on supplements and equipment.

NPE requires neither.

Compound that with general sexual prudery and the taboo of being perceived as ‘inadequate’ by virtue of even attempting to enlarge your Johnson- you think you need a ‘conspiracy’ for it to be ‘underground’?

*Don’t bother telling me how much MOS or Big Al make form their websites, or how much Bib or the JES folks make- patented medical devices and drugs are more profitable by orders of magnitude.

Read two, three or four decimal places.

I suspect that a good number of doctors (maybe a fourth of young, Internet-savvy ones) are aware that there may be ways to increase penis size through, for example, extended traction or pumping, but if a patient asks a doc about this sort of thing, the safest response, for reasons of liability, is to say that none of it works and to accept one’s God-given penis size. No doc wants to face a lawsuit when some patient has to have his gangrenous cock amputated. When knowledge of PE as a means of self-enhancement becomes more mainstream, to the point that most men are aware of it independent of their doctors, then docs may be less hesitant to talk about it, the same way they’re willing to talk about bodybuilding or other risky-but-mainstream self-enhancement activities for which they are not likely to be held responsible, should their patients participate in them.

Yes, and there’d also be lots of money in the business of selling anabolic steroids to patients, if normal-sized muscles were considered a medical disorder. :) There are controversies in medicine today about the border between treating disorders and enhancing normal individuals (e.g., overprescription of attention-increasing stimulants for children and SSRIs for adults, or cosmetic surgeries for individuals who haven’t suffered burns and the like), but I can’t really see a lot of docs arguing that it’s their business to be helping patients increase the size of their normal penises. I’m sure some research docs would be interested in investigating the area (ostensibly to help treat micropenis…), but I don’t see government grants coming in any time soon for this kind of thing. ;) There’s a reason beyond the poor results that dick-enlargement surgeons (who often also sell expensive “medical” versions of things like vacuum hangers) are ostracized by mainstream communities of urologists. Right or wrong, they are seen as making megabucks off of men’s psychological insecurities and shirking their professional duty to help treat “real” medical disorders.

The “medical community” is making money off of supplements and equipment for exercise? Last I checked, doctors and mainstream medical organizations such as the AMA, AHA and ACS advised their patients to quit smoking, go for walks and swims, and eat more fruits and veggies. Supplement hucksters (not regulated by the FDA) make the profits off of pushing bogus diet pills and ab-zappers. Sure, when a legitimately effective and safe weight-loss drug is developed, the medical community will push it (and, yes, pharmaceutical companies will make ridiculous profits off of it — I’m all for some more socialism in our medical system) — obesity is a serious health problem in the US, after all — but doctors seem to be quite honest about the fact that there are, at present, no shortcuts to weight loss and fitness beyond old-fashioned (and free) exercise and diet.

I meant that the centralized money in the fitness industry is from supplements and equipment.

As there isn’t really any single patentable solution to ‘fitness’ per se, there isn’t really any place for the Pharma-Medico combine to leverage a huge revenue stream as with their normal pathways.

I don’t know if you are always paying attention to the tone of a post, but it was a joke.

The reaper cannot claim you if the reaper cannot catch you.

PE’s popularity will rise unitil it reaches the status of masturbation: an endeavor to which we are all engaged, that is never, ever mentioned in polite company.

Bingo. We have a winner.

There is also another consideration. I’ve made modest gains. But if I made big gains I want people to think I am big naturally not because I’ve done serious exercises. So you don’t tell people.
