Who's had the SURGERY?

I thought this would have already been discussed but I cannot find a thread concerning this topic. There are individuals on this forum who have made tremendous gains in a short amount of time and I was curious if any of them had either the lengthening or the girth enhancing procedure.

If you have had the surgery, did you PE before hand? If so, have the gains come much easier afterwards?

The general consensus here is that surgery is NOT the way to go. As a matter of fact, most of us frown on the idea of it. The lig surgery still requires that you hang weights for an extended period after the surgery. Most of us would rather take the time to lengthen the ligs without surgery. Surgical girth enhancement is a joke. For the most part, it involves injecting fat into the penis. This often results in a mis-shapen penis when the fat shifts or disolves. The best recommendation I can give you is to avoid these procedures. The methods proposed here take longer and involve more work, but the result is usually safer and more permanent growth.

I was not considering the surgery but I’m sure there are individuals who have had the surgery on this forum.I I was just curious as to who they were and what their experiences were as a result.

Also, I wanted to know if their was a substantial number of people making substantial gains without surgery. Just looking for encouragement.

Even with the surgery you still have to hang the weights, so why not try non invasive PE before you go under the knife.

BTW jelktoid there are a number of doctors who have started using alloderm implants to increase girth. I think there is a guy on peforums who gets it and he has a 7+ girth. I don’t know the details, all I know is that he has a good doctor who knows his stuff.

I can’t help but think that any type of surgery would play havoc with all the nerve endings on the penis, and I’m not willing to chance it. I’ve shown significant gains here and am happy that I didn’t go the other route!

Skip the surgery, use the forum info, stay committed for the long haul and you’ll get gains. I am not unique to the forum in terms of individuals making gains, but PE has given me 2 inches in both erect length and girth gains - and I’m still growing.

There are just a couple of members here who have had lig surgery and I don’t see them posting.

If you read Size’s Data Page, the vast majority of gains posted there came from dedicated work, probably no more work in time than would have to be put in by a post-surgical patient, anyway.

Like peforeal and others, I got substantial gains - most of them in the first year - and I don’t now resent a minute of that work. The results are too much fun and I can assure you I didn’t lose a single nerve ending to a knife.

Try the work first. That will cost you nothing but time.

Most of my gains were obtained within the first year of serious PE’ing (i.e. regular jelqing, squeezes, stretching, pumping,…)
Right now, further erect length gains are getting harder for me to bring about, but fortunately length and girth flaccid gains are still happening.

Thus far I think hanging in general with a nice warm wrap to loosen the ligs is the best way for length.

For girth however it seems as if most have loved their alloderm work and I have yet to find any problems like the older methods (fat injections, taking skin from butt, etc).

If i thought surgery I would think so for girth only because length is easy to get, with all ligs or just the one, both will require hanging so the time is spent either way. The instant gratification of extra girth seems interesting though, I hear they’re working on thicker layers of alloderm for bigger “installations” if you will :D
