Who stretched for 10 min a day is 10 min stretching per day too less

I think it is better with a good 5-minute stretch than a lousy 30-minute stretch.

I started in March 2003, the first year I did some experimenting (stretching, pumping, hanging etc.). Then I tried only dry jelqing ten minutes every other day for the last two years and that worked for me.

The newbie routine is optimal for newbies, not when you are advanced. Advanced members need more training for optimal results.

Extend your stretching time and add advanced stretches.

Hi got my 1.2” newbie gains stretching 2-3 minutes a day. Check my Progress report (link in signature) an search on “LDP” stretches.

today I want to ask you about “two way stretches”.

Happens that it stretches my skin too much and I feel pain ( on the skin ).

Do you put your hand near the pube with an ok inverse grip ( thumb and forefinger near the fatpad) or do you use a standard ok grip?

Don’t you think that the ” DLD Dual fulcrum stretch” may give similar results?

I use the standard ok grip. To bad that it gives you pain. Don’t pull the foreskin back just leave it over the glans. This really lowers the irritation.

The DLD Dual fulcrum stretch may give simular results but I have good results with this stretch, choose for yourself which one you want to put in your routine.

I’m back since 3.5 month. Before this I did a 7 month break. Before the 7 month I did 3 month of hanging, before this I was doing PE not very much for 5 month, before that I did PE constantly for 7.5 month and gained 0.9 inch erect length (check out my progress report).

I didn’t hear you talk about jelqing. If you’re not jelqing I should add it.

I’m not doing jelqing, just stretching for 10 minutes every day. Net stretching time is may be 9 min but definitely over 8 minutes.

It seems that my flaccid stretch(NBPL) is bigger now. It is or it is very close to 7.1 inch. The last time I measured,it is very long ago, it was 6.9 (stretched NBPL).

One thing is for sure, when I measure my flaccid stretch before my stretching routine and compare it to my flaccid stretch after my stretching session, I see a difference on the ruler. The difference is 0.2 inch.

Hope this is a good sign.

I define advance when someone is passed 3 months of continuous PE. When you are on a break longer than a month, you are not advanced anymore.

Don’t go for 30 minutes right away, you will likely injure yourself. Start increasing your time over the next few weeks.
