Hello,

I have started doing bundled stretches at 180 degrees clockwise twist. I am using a pro extender in the SD position. At the moment I cannot do more than 90 minutes with the bundled stretches, and I have started to notice an increase in mid shaft girth.

Am I right in saying that doing bundled stretches with the SD position (using a pro extender) targets the following:

- Ligaments for length
- Tunica for length
- Mid shaft tunica for girth

Need to hear back about this!

I don’t want to say what is right or wrong, but I too am doing similar exercise with my extender and at a month and a half in I have started showing an increase in mid shaft girth. :)

I strap in at normal tension, straight out, then twist the extender 180 degrees clockwise for 20 minutes then 180 counter-clockwise for 20 minutes (when I have that much time). I think it best to do both in one set but if I have to split the set up I would do one direction per set rather than 10 minutes of each direction in one set.

This is the only girth exercise that I perform so any gains I see will be attributed to this exercise.

I doubt they can work for better length than simple stretches. For girth, I do see how they theoretically work; anyway I think the amount of discomfort will be so high that most of people would give up before reaching a useful threshold, (this is just a supposition, of course) so the girth one would see is probably just trapped fluid - don’t do them for a week and girth gains will disappear.

Look that bundle stretches can hurt the urethra, which is very weak and has a CS for the specific function to protect it. I don’t see either how they can target ligaments.

With bundled stretches I tend too feel a greater intensity stretch and I get a much larger BPFSL after also, I also get a better and larger engorgement during jelqing after these bad boys.

So yes in my opinion they are better for length and girth just a lot easier to over do too.

Thanks marinera, your opinion is always welcome and valued (by me anyway ;) ).

So you would equate this exercise more with vacuum pumping, as more of a temporary fluid build up kind of thing?

I can certainly speak to the temporary gains, as it leaves a much fuller flaccid and slightly increased girth in an erect state about an hour after performing the exercise.

I could see how twisting too far (I’ve read some were going 360 to 720 degrees with manual stretches) could definitely put one at risk of injury but do you think 180 degrees is too much for the urethra?

180 degrees not much risk, no, but not much ‘lateral stretching’ effect either.

I have tried bundled stretches too, and yes, they gives a fatter penis. But after discontinuing for a week or two those gains disappeared. I also noticed that I had a thicker skin (I am uncut), what can be only a consequence of fluid build up. I am well aware that isn’t enough to give a definitive judgement on this exercise, mine is more kinda a guess.

Vacuum pumping seems different because it tend to suck fluids inside the penis, where bundled stretches seems more to trap fluids and also cause some irritation inside the tissues, which are thereafter filled with fluids. I noticed a short temporary gap between performing the exercise: after about 10-30 seconds from when I release the torquing (twisting?) force the penis starts fattening. Don’t know if this happens to other people of course.

Well the overall theory of bundled stretches sound like getting midshaft gains because there is fluid buildup where the tunica is twisted, as soon as the tunica is untwisted the fluid goes away. Fairly similar to pumping although pumping has an erect penis so the penis has lots of blood flow.

How about the following setup:

A suction cup (similar to the vac extender 3 suction cup) with a presta valve attached so the internal pressure can be lowered to 2-4 Hg, placed over an erect penis and then use a pro extender to do the SD position. The 3-5 Hg on the penis head should draw more blood into the penis so should be erect or semi erect. So this is erect stretching. Bundled stretches are not possible with an erect penis
What sort of effect would this setup have? My pro extender design can do this so I need to know if this setup works length and girth at once!

I don’t think fluid can accumulate between tunica and corpora cavernosa. A clinical case reported a guy who weirdly enlarged his penis wearing a cockring for several hours, for years. Scanning his penis they noticed that corpora cavernosa didn’t enlarged in a significative way (so neither tunica, which envelops corpora cavernosa). Fluid accumulated in the skin and between tunica and Buck’ fascia.

Marinera - seems like the girth gains from bundled stretching are not as permanent as say clamping. Does erect stretching target girth? For example using a pro extender with a cable clamp attached at the base, would this target girth, length or both?

Not all the gains from clamping are really permanent, at least not for most of people, by what I have read around.

Erect stretching is accomplished with vacuum pumping, where the pressure pulls both toward length and girth. Using a pro extender to stretch your erect penis would be really hard to accomplish; if succesful, it would target both length and girth I think.

did something similar to what you are thinking of: he stretched his erect penis, while clamped at the base. He gained both length and girth by what I remember. He himself said that it is a somewhat painful exercise and pretty dangerous. You can ask him more insight about if you like.

I am doing bundled stretches I can do 720 degrees I have notices a bit more thickness but I have been only doing it for 3 weeks

Marinera - the suction cup I am designing is an aluminum suction cup. It is similar to the vac extender 3 suction cup designed by Monkey Bar except that it has more features. The cup has a presta valve so that the vacuum pressure around the head can be lowered to 3-4 Hg. When this is done more blood should flow to the penis head and should make the penis erect. This should in theory target girth.

The suction cup is then attached to a modified pro extender. This should in theory target length and girth at once.
